Probably the 2 sides your talkin about 1st balut is like a traditional food and thos grilled balit is like advertising the food it self In the other hand in my opinion, grilled balut is the start of forgetting the tradition. Why? The said tradition was boiled balut not grilled, now if grilled balut becomes popular instead of boiled what will happen? Every vendor will sell grilled since its more popular than boiled and also there is more gimic in grilled than boiled, sooner or later balut can also be fried.
