I have been working out with Jessica since 2014 and love both her KZbin and professionally produced routines and this is the first time I have done this one. It came as a suggestion after I did Barre Standing Abs earlier and as I hadn’t done it before I thought I should give it a try as it is only 13 minutes long. I really enjoyed this “add on” to my abs workout this morning.💪

Added this to my morning rotation today but only used a 3 lb weight since my arms are still feeling yesterday's workout...hehehe! I've noticed that you forgot the Rotating Knee Crunch to the right side so I just rewound the video and did that part on the right side (I was just too lazy to count HAHAHA!!) then just jumped to the next exercise. I'm happy to report I can do the hinge forward move while lifting my back leg this past few weeks. When I first started working out with you 6 months ago I couldn't even do it and I'd just topple over...I'm loving it!

July 20, 2023: I just added this video to my playlist and it's a butt kicker! And since I'm "extra," I used one adjustable dumbbell at 9 lbs., adjustable ankle weights at 4 lbs. each, and a 5-lb hand weight for the last exercise! 💪🏽 Love your 10-minute workouts with weights! They're short, efficient and effective! September 28, 2023: I added an extra 3 lbs. to my adjustable dumbbell, an extra pound to each of my ankle weights, and an extra 5 lbs. to the last exercise. I move slowly and controlled because of the additional load. Great workout--thanks again!

one of the best ab workouts i've done. i feel like many abs workouts are boring and this is far from it. you can feel the abs working on every move you do. i will definitely be doing his abs workout over and over again.

Love this workout, Jessica! I've been working out with you for several years now, and I love the variety of your workouts: cardio, strength, barre, step, fusion, yoga & pilates -- so awesome!! Keep making the best workouts of any fitness trainer I know. Love you and Peanut (even though she's in Heaven now)!! ... I did notice on this video that you forgot to do the second side on the side lunge/to twist/with the weight in opposite hand. Is there any way to edit the video & add that in? If not, no worries. I just pause the video and do them myself! AND, it just shows that you're human, like the rest of us -- which you so nicely tell us constantly, anyway!! I try to do it everyday and works! Even if your diet is not the best, just do it. It's so much better, so much easier to start working out, with no pain. AND WORKS. Thank you.

hi.... im turning 40 this year.. for the past decade i hve this beer belly after giving birth.... the doctor told me not to do work outs that will stress my back, aside from that.. im asthmatic.. thats why im so grateful that i found this work out.. hope u will post more work out that will lessen the abs but not five pressure on the back

Finally a work out to do that's affective after having abdominal surgery.... its been two years and it still hurts like hell to do crunches (as if I'm still healing) my question is how often should I repeat this exercise in order to look great by the summer....I've gained 15 pounds and would like to lose it by July....your feedback would be appreciated and thanks for the creativity of this work out

Thanks for having low impact and standing and routines. With multiple health issues I am very limited to what I can do. It has been very difficult to find exercise routines-until now!

HI JESSICA AND PEANUT. I AM HAPPY TO BE BACK. I HAVE TO START FROM SQUARE ONE AGAIN AND I AM OK WITH IT. I GOT DISCOURAGED AND UNMOTIVATED FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS. THEN I RELIZED HOW MUCH BETTER MY ATTITUDE AND EMOTIONS ARE WHEN I AM EXERCISING. HOW OFTEN SHOULD I EXERCISE MY ABS, UPPER AND LOWER BODY EACH WEEK? THIS WAS A CHALLENGE FOR ME BUT I AM NOT GIVING UP AND WILL ASK FOE HELP WHEN I GET LOSE MY MOTIVATION. I CAN NOT DO THIS ALONE.

So today is day 20 of the fit in 15 challenge. I did the tred and shred on the 21 day walk on (which I love!), but then I elected to do this standing abs workout as a bonus instead of crunch less abs. I have an almost two year old who insists on laying on Mommy for any floor work. I didn't get it in during his nap time so I chose this instead. It was a great ab workout I could feel it working!

I love your workouts. They are very doable for everyday people. Nothing worse then huge intense workout that you can't even keep up with much less do half the moves anyways. Love how yours build a sweat, but still at a steady pace that keep you balanced and feeling a burn. Already lost 5 pounds your 15 kickboxing on along with another. :)

can you re do this workout on another video, you did an uneven workout in the last like 5 mins of it with the elbow to the knee, you did it for only the left side and i love this workout.

Hi, I'm possibly looking into some low impact exercise programs with minimal or no equipment. Currently I am over weight (250+lbs) and I have intermitant problems with mostly one knee. Most of my excess weight is located in my stomach and can be a problem with bending over. I've noticed your mention of DVD's however no price was mentioned. Thank you for your time. :)
