I love that you keep exercising and moving no matter what health issue you may have...bronchitis, endometriosis, mastectomy.... you give me the motivation, encouragement through your videos. I also appreciate your videos of exercises that have different focus on health than muscle strengthening and cardio...etc. I heal from listening to your soothing voice. Great exercises. I seem to have a breathing problem with these exercises. I really have a digestive problem, particularly constipation & bloating. Is there a general rule when to inhale & when to inhale?😂.
