The Jesse Dotson case made retired MPD chief Tony Armstrong alot of money. At the time of this case Tony was the head of Homicide at MPD. He later became police comissioner of MPD. Tony is one of the best leaders and public servants in Memphis history. 🐐

Not arguing, but never found anything where they ever followed-up with that. But, a victim having head trauma + heavy medication is something any defense attorney can question...Also, CJay recently wrote on his FB page he had been taking ADHD meds at the time as well (at that young age). Too much going on with one young child...🤔🤔
