Mrs red okay I'm not a parent I'm 25 years old however I'm a old old soul I can tell you this I don't know your family I don't know you and jessikas situation but I will say this these kids these days have become their own worst enemy addicted to cellphones disrespecting parents Wich that one highly irritates me I was raised my by grandmother. I was abused by my mother then my father she saved me in a way I knew better than to buck up on her I knew better than to play tricks on her you see we had a belt however I'm not condoning hitting children or slapping them so hard it leaves a bruise that's what kids are lacking is discipline and wisdom they have no respect for themselves or one another or parents in a way it breaks my heart to see kids do this anyways I hope the very best for you Mrs red my best regards

Have you tried Wellbutrin to stop smoking? My dad smoked for like 40 years and he was prescribed Wellbutrin and quit. It’s been like 10-12 years since he quit. Good luck! You are a good person & funny as hell! We need to keep you around so get rid of those cigarettes. My sister switched to vaping and kept decreasing her nicotine in her cape juice. Then she quit too.

Man that's why I always respect my mom really bc she got schizophrenia and it's cause by stress. But ik it be hard bc she a single parent 💯 but she always will forever stay ten toes with me thru thick and thin with her so I don't ever want to see her get disrepected in my life. But it's hard for her because me and my brother got some...mental issues due to traumas and just from birth. So I totally get it well the parenting part kinda because my brother is special needs and it does put stress on me and my mom since the boy about to be 17 and like we forget he can't do certain not even certain Alot of things on his own. But he tries and his attitude is worst than mine and I'm a whole girl his is bad but like I said it isn't his fault it's his illness while he gets bullied and stuff so ik he got it hard on him but he don't be talking to nobody and expressing himself bc he don't know how to. You asked for a suggestion on how to stop smoking.. I smoked for a good 25-30 yrs and I stopped cold turkey. I'm not sure why but i stopped 6 months started again and stopped again.. I now have been clean for almost 9 months and have no more want for them. I did notice that I had stopped in the same month both times that I quit. Sept.. 27th the first time and Sept 16th the second time. Not sure why Sept but it worked for me.. Honestly.. You have to lay them down and walk away when your truly ready. You really have to want to stop.. That's all there is to it..

My husband and I both quit smoking by vaping back in 2011. &Never looked back. He had smoked way longer than me, and it was a slower process for him. Not by much tho. he'd have a cigarette once or twice a week right at first, and then it went to monthly, by 6mnths to 9mnth, and then to only having one in social gatherings at about 2 to 3 times a year for the first couple years, but even he hasn't even had 1 in probably at least 6yrs. So it's been 9yrs total and we don't have any of the same side affects or symptoms from vaping like we did while smoking. No shortness of breath, no cough or getting congestion, we don't smell like cigarettes, and neither does our home or cars. Honestly, there's no signs of of smoking/vaping whatsoever now. We're down to the lowest nicotine level you can get without it being zero, so basically it's the habit that's left. We started off on the highest nicotine for years. You could either start with the little stick ones that look like cigarettes, a vape cartridge, but those weren't enough for us after a short time. We then moved to a vape pen, now we use a box mod with a tank on top. I know it's not the perfect solution, but it is better than cigarettes, so if you know that you're not able to give up that whole smoking sensation, than this is honestly your best option for a positive change. My mom has the same cough as you, and she's been wanting to quit cigarettes. We're trying to get her to switch to vaping too. I know it's painful to feel like that and I just hope you at least give vaping a try if nothing else ends up working. You're a great person and an awesome mama. Keep doing your thing mama Redd!❤
