This 💯 resonates for me. My ex cheated with Single White Female. She tried to use comments about our youngest child (4yrs) to get at me. I cut them both off, blocked, banned him from my house. She went after him to get to me and he fell for it. He’s lost everything. I told him to go down the legal route to see our youngest. Our older kids are teens and they’ve made the decision themselves to go no contact since. He’s a coward. You described him to a tee! And her. Yeucth. I just find them both revolting. This was my previous boss (envious women) and a colleague I was interested in. When I left the organisation, the boss wouldn't stop calling, texting, and sending people towards me to find out what I'm working on. I had a feeling she'd done something underhand around March last year, where I then cut off all communication with him, and anyone connected to her.
