Not to be a hater of Miley Cyrus she is certainly an interesting artist. In my humble opinion Miley Cyrus can’t hold a note to Jessica simply for the reason that Jessica sings in the perfect pitch and Miley sings flat giving off the appearance of melancholy. Miley’s ear isn’t quite up to her father’s. No offense to Miley.
