I was flying by myself on AA and I remember a flight attendant asked if I would switch so a dad could sit with his kids. I wanted to but didn't want to because I was giving up a window seat for a middle seat on an 8 hour flight. I did it though because I couldn't imagine not sitting with my kids on a long flight. Several times the flight attendant came up to me and thank me along with the dad. She also was going to offer me a free adult beverage but I didn't take it because lets just say flying and drinking don't mix well with me. lol.

Also in regards to your breathing trouble (last Insta story) I’m not a California resident but I live in Michigan and let me tell you my lungs THRIVE off of humidity (even if you can’t tell it’s humid) when winter rolls around up here and the air gets dry I feel like I can’t breathe, I have soooo many panic attacks when it happens. Changes in air density can have an effect

When my husband and I were flying home, we had to walk past a TSA dog before going through the rest of security. My husband LOVES. DOGS. Like, he becomes a toddler when he sees a dog. So, BECAUSE he was bouncing around excited, TSA pulled us aside for a FULL. SEARCH. We had to RUN to our flight lmao

Jess, I’m sure you’re on top of this, but check to make sure you were refunded Caden and Tommy’s seats if they were refilled. You paid for those seats whether they had butts in them or not, it’s quite common for people to book two seats for themselves for multiple reasons, they shouldn’t have cancelled them for the second half

I am glad everything turn out all right at airport. Thank goodness that we live in Georgia where it is easy drive to Florida and to get around in car on our own schedule. I couldn't imagine taking my son when he was child to airport nor to be in airplane with his asthma , ADHD and Asperger Syndrome.

she will get back to getting sleep, they spent a week here in florida and got used to the time here, now they have to get used to the 3hr difference again and get back on scehdule with cali time. it takes an adjusting but shell be fine after a couple days
