I’ve downloaded everything and it seems to be working fine only until I load a preset from serum into my maschine mk3 pads. No noise comes out. I have to choose a preset directly from the serum plug in so I can get noise to come out of the pads. not sure if something isn’t linked correctly . The sound preview works fine as does everything else from images and sub folders

I purchased the Serum NKS library and I don't hear any sound previews on KK and Maschine. How can we fix it?

Please use the support links in the included document for further support but without screen shots, I can only say to check your preview volume slider whch you need to switch to the Factory library to see it if you installed the NKS to the User folder

when i installed the image files for the Korg M1, i have a little plug icon on my Komplete Kontrol screen. in the video, you mention that there's 2 folders(within the Database Files) in the image folder. i only have one image folder(is there supposed to be 2 folders for the M1?) for the M1. it contains the MST_plugin.png, and the MST_logo.png. these little PNG's show up in the Plug-in instance screen under the sound button on my Maschine MK3.

Hi mate I did exactly the same thing what you did I have bought from you keyscape spetracsonic and it doesn't work on kompleteee kontroll its says plugin not found

If it says plygin not found then Komplete Kontrol cannot find your plugin. If you go into the Preferences and to the Plugin section do you see Keyscape listed? If not, you need to know where the vst was installed (and remember, it must be the VST not the AU plugin as KK does not work with AU) and make sure the location is added as a plugin path. FOr more assistance please use the NI forum link in the instructions so you can post some screen shots

Serum appears​ in my plugins list for my new Kontrol 49mk s series controller but doesn't load and allow you to see the plugin or templet but still works manually. any info on taking it to the next level.

When you say "doesn't load" is that when using a NKS file to launch? Is your version of Serum the latest?

if I make a preset from synth anthology and I want to import it into mashine how I do it, is possible with the full version?

All you need to do is load your instrument of choice and setup whatever controls you like then in Maschine click the sound you loaded and scroll to the bottom of the plugin list where there is a "Save As" option and that will save your preset. It also has a directory selector so you can save it where you like. As long as the file is saved in a path that has been added to the library in preferences, then you shjould have it appear in the browser as a preset.

brilliant BUT way too long explanations and way too complicated for people focussing on music and quick access to tweaks. I gave it up not because its not working but the install routine and copying procedure is too complicated and the vid needs too much time to get to the point.. some sort of "install" file would be much more convenient and would sell more of those. Well good stuff, thanks anyway but sorry - I am not in.

Could just read the instructions for install, vid is “over explained” for those that struggle to follow the paragraph of instruction because install is really quite simple but not all are good at computers. If you can’t make it work and can’t spare 15 minutes to follow a video then prob not for you then.

@@jestermgee OK - i found its 10 seconds, putting the nks files into a folder and within komplete kontrol add/scan that folder in the user library - well no visual artwork, but easy and fast.
