About the curls, here's a tip... tight the hair as much as possible, and in the morning, brush the hair in sections. Do it very gentle. The curls will end up more loose, but they'll still be there, you know. That's how my daughter does, and always works beautiful to her. ❤

Can you explain how you and Polo's family speak such excellent English?

I can only speak for us but in Mexico we do get taught English quite extensively since we are little. My school was English half the day and Spanish the other half so we would take some subjects like math or history in English too, we also watch tv in English :) For Polo and Geraldine was pretty much the same but with French too

I wish I had been taught that way. I struggle with Spanish but I would visit Acupulco back in the day for a few weeks and the man who ran the house would help me and I helped with his English. The Mexican people were always nice to me despite my terrible Spanish. No one ever said nasty things because I struggled with the language. I get mad when people insult foreigners in America when they are trying to speak our language. One can’t get proficient in a language if you don’t practice and one shouldn’t shame someone. You speak beautiful English and French.

What a beautiful trip and so sweet to take Geraldine along. Did your sister in law fly in from Mexico 🇲🇽 or does Polo’s parents now live in Spain? Geraldine will start university at age 16 and not 18 like USA? Your French is beautiful. I’m trying Duralingo to learn French and I struggle and have been working on Spanish for ever. I get the tenses wrong and it always seems like Spainish speakers in Los Angeles are talking about dogs and the same on tv but on tv/ news there are no dogs in photos. The battle continues. Ciao!

I've noticed that I only lose my voice if I haven't had much water before I drink or scream or use my voice too much, so I would recommend some coconut water for hydration , hopefully it will help you recover your voice quicker
