Tipp for the Gnocchi: Try 600 g Hokaido not butternut pumkin, 400 g peeled and cooked in salty water potatoes, 300 g normal flour, one egg, spices as you like (salt, pepper and a bit of nutmeg is very good). Prepare the pumpkin as you did, press the potatoes through a potatoe press or stamp it till it is kind of a mash, add the flour and the egg and the dough should be perfect to form little pumpkins with a toothpick. You can add little rosemary thingys as stems. Cook them. I like the gnocchi with cheese sauce. For serving you can add roasted walnuts or pumpkin seeds.

It is a bit cheesy, but I love „Little house on the prairie“ since my childhood. Laura Ingalls wrote the books as a kind of her biography, but the series… always so cute. Similar with „The Waltons“. Talking about „newer“ series, of course Downton Abbey and Bridgerton, but also „Suits“. Very different, but genius. And one all time favorite is „The Thorn Birds“, the book written by Colleen McCullough as well as the short series.
