Giving of tithe is not applicable in the church age as we are no longer under the law but under grace, according to these verses: Hebrews 7:5 New King James Version (NKJV) 5 And indeed those who are of the sons of Levi, who receive the priesthood, have a commandment to receive tithes from the people according to the law, that is, from their brethren, though they have come from the loins of Abraham; Hebrews 7:12 New King James Version (NKJV) 12 For the priesthood being changed, of necessity there is also a change of the law. 2 Corinthians 9:7 New King James Version (NKJV) 7 So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of [a]necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver.
