I grew up as a Jehovah's witness and was baptized at 14yrs old. I questioned everything from the Bible and was told by my parents that's what it says, so just believe the Bible, but never answering why so much didn't make sense. Until one person told me to never stop asking questions until the answer feels right in my heart. By 16yrs old I didn't want to be a Jehovah's witness because I didn't want to lie about what I believe, well shortly after I was kicked out of my home, not because I didn't something wrong but for the fact my questions pushed against my parents answers. My mom was told to disown me by the elders, and she did for a year or so. But overall, it was the best thing that could have happened to me! In a wonderfully weird way, I grew with religion and to be spiritual, then leaving it because it didn't make sense, just to come back with a very deep spiritual life that feels right to my heart and every cell in my body, and not by what someone is telling me I should be or believe. I truly feel free and absolutely love life in every aspect. Life is beautifully amazing!!

O wow. I grew up catholic with a lot of JW doctrine because my moms sisters were JWs. I remember in 1975 I was so afraid of God because he was going to smite me in Armageddon. And I remember always thinking of Jesus but my ant would tell me Jehova is Gods name and I grew afraid of saying Jesus until I was 42 years old. I was in my living room and I started to talk to God and get real with Him and I felt Gods presence so strong so I heard a voice with me telling me I needed to change because I was praying for God to change everyone around me. The voice said You need to change child, so I said is that you God answering me and the same voice answered and said Yes child this is Jesus you have to change so instantly I saw myself the way our Father sees us all. With pure love that is tangible. I cried out Yes Jesus change me. As soon as I said Jesus name the power of God fell on me and I will never be the same. I’ll recommend you read the gospel of John and see where Jesus talks to Nicodemus in ch3. The word born again means to remember your origin. If you have any questions please let me know. Happy for each of you! Had a JW elder coworker that I wrestled with on a daily basis years ago. In our many debates there appeared to be a block on his mind that prevented him from hearing the points I brought to him. Because you of him, we would even go to the library to look up writings by the "early church fathers", but he was still unmoved. In hindsight, this was vital to my eventual waking up from the sleep that religion had me under and I am so thankful because our interaction eventually led to my being set free, mind and Spirit. The co-worker (friend) has since passed on now and I hope he was finally able to accept the REAL TRUTH and know that the power of God has always been inside/with him and not in a contradictory organization that manipulates you to believe their partyline. When I started to ask Jesus for the truth, I was guided to truth by Yeshua, Himself. It has been an exhilarating experience! There is a shift I believe when we start asking for "truth" directly from Jesus, Yeshua instead of looking for answers from other people and the external world. When we start to go within and ask ourselves what makes sense to us as well as ask God and Jesus for the truth, it becomes a game changer. I questioned everything. I started getting signs, guided to books, podcasts, songs, movies, and more that all started making sense to me. It has been an amazing ride! I had to start letting go of all that no longer served me to make space for what does. I am so in love with life!! :)

I’m a born hindu and raised that way. My dad always had a picture of Krishna and Joshua at his altar. When I was 14/15 years old we went to Greece and I saw the most inspiring buildings and every where Joshua and mother Maria. I asked my parents for a golden pandent cross that attracted me and had to cry for it. Finally got it and after my spiritual awakening I keep thinking about that vacation it’s 25 years ago. You guys gave a lot of opinions that are not scriptural. 1. JESUS said in his own words and it doesn’t matter in what language you read it or translation( even in the original Greek) John 14:6: “Jesus answered, ‘I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.’” Either Jesus lied here and there are many ways to get to the Father, including doing good deeds and then calling ourselves good or it’s only through Him. 2. No one killed Jesus, he gave up his own life willingly. Here are the scriptures: JOHN 10:17-18 The reason my Father loves me is that I lay down my life-only to take it up again. No one takes it from me, but I lay it down of my own accord. I have authority to lay it down and authority to take it up again. This command I received from my Father. Matthew 26:53-54 Do you think that I cannot appeal to my Father, and he will at once put at my disposal more than twelve legions of angels? But how then would the Scriptures be fulfilled that say it must happen this way? 3.Jesus said himself in Matthew 26:28 This is My blood of the covenant, which is being poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins. (The word “SIN” is used the to define why and for who he is giving His life for. 4. No scripture in the whole New Testament that show Jesus appointing his brother James. But we do see Jesus telling Peter in Matthew 16:18 that : You are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church. 5. Jesus revealed himself to Paul and chose him. Are you claiming that Jesus, the son of God made a mistake choosing Paul? That he didn’t foresee what you claim to have discovered about Paul in a 20th century university?

I didn’t grow up with any religion… and I haven’t read the bible. From what Aaron said at approximately 11:30 I would take the words Love God, as Love yourself, and love your neighbour as yourself… because we’re all a piece of God (we’re all energy, made from the same consciousness) and there is no separation. If you feel like everyone and everything is connected, you can’t help but live from your heart. When you live from your heart, this is where the magic happens and your life becomes more dream like. The power is held within, no power exists within the external world - it’s simply showing you what beliefs (usually outdated) you hold within, once you know this, you can change them, then your reality reflects the changed! Agree with you 100% here. Society wants you to focus on everything other than yourself. It wants you to focus on providing for everyone and everything other than yourself. Focus your time on your job, focus your time on helping everyone else, everyone and everything else are more important than you. However you have created it all and are the center of it all. @@Mmyythandle No. I am a 55 year old woman that grew up in the Deep South and I KNEW something was wrong with religion and I refused to take my children or teach what they wanted. I have had one of the most unbelievable spiritual awakenings… DNA activation of the ancient DNA that came with spontaneous kundalini. I didn’t know what Kundalini was. I didn’t know about DNA activation either. I didn’t know what was even happening to me. I lost my home, everything I ever owned or COULD own in the future. Every close friend I had passed away during Covid but not to Covid. My brother, mother and father also. Quick succession. During all of this I travelled the country following the universe and the signs and my guides. One of them is Curt Cobain. In Feb ‘22 I got a tap on my shoulder (this is a knowing and a voice that came through the vocal cords of another that didn’t even know it was happening) … it was God and he said “It’s time to work.” I have never been so shocked. (NDE and coma 2012- I had to come back and that’s a whole other story that aligns with everything happening today. I’m an astrologer and musician … this story is very long so I’ll get to the point. In March ‘22 I asked Jesus to tell me what was the basis and what did I truly need to know. A few hours later at 3am he came and talked to me for two hours and it felt like only a few mins. He told me the above. Then on Aug 31, 2024 … the Super Blue Moon in Pisces…. I had a vision while outside walking on an inlet on the west coast. I can’t write it all here … it was Jesus walking across the water toward me! There was some sort of entity watching over us and I was told it is the start of tribulation. When you tell someone you’ve seen Jesus it actually doesn’t go over well at all. I am a new biblical Christian (grew up Catholic and rejected that church at 18) and so incredibly thankful everyday to my Lord and Savior for His gift of salvation. I've discovered who I am, a child of God. I used to believe in a lot of what these two are preaching here. I would absolutely recommend that anyone who listens to this truly opens a Bible and reads it cover to cover. You can start with the New Testament. I pray it changes your life as it did mine. We are sinners. And I couldn't be happier. I have never felt more loved. I have never been more free from the craziness and darkness of this world. Remember, God's way are not our ways. God's thoughts are above our thoughts. If you truly believe we are so amazing, and not sinners, our society would not look as it does. As a Christian, I follow Jesus' and the apostles' advice to live as righteously as I can. Please don't listen to the guy on the right that says Paul says we should live however we please. Salvation is by faith in Jesus. But the Christian life and sanctification is a journey to try to live more righteously each day, humanly and imperfectly of course, and Paul pleads with the churches in each letter to live an upstanding Christian life. I was deep in the New Age-meditation, yoga, automatic writing, crystals, “shadow work” all that jazz, until Jesus snatched me up from it. All of that-all these “courses” and workbooks etc is a WANNa BE Holy Spirit. God breathed isn’t just within Paul’s epistles, it’s in Psalms and Isaiah also, both of which prophesied well in advance about Jesus. Isaiah wrote about Jesus 700 years before he put on flesh. Paul did kill Jesus’ followers-up until he had an encounter with Jesus himself and he changed his ways. He then started bringing others to Christ as well. Scripture is written by man and inspired by the Holy Spirit. God-breathed is saying its life giving, sourced in God and is His Word. John 1:1-5 says: 1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. 4 In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. 5 And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it. @ all Scripture is God breathed. Paul never claimed to be a prophet. He is just like you and me; he received the revelation of Christ and was empowered with boldness by the Holy Spirit to preach heal teach etc. (You can ask the Holy Spirit to teach you as he is our teacher and comforter 🙏🏻). John wrote John as well as 1, 2 & 3 John and Revelation. Revelation has a lot of symbolism and it’s already playing out. Jesus himself gave these visions to John so he could share with us. @ Jesus has always been the way, not Paul (he himself has never claimed to be the way as he has always given God the glory). You need to look past that initial encounter and read further. One example would be Acts 18:9: Now the Lord spoke to Paul in the night by a vision, “Do not be afraid, but speak, and do not keep silent. In other epistles, Paul states he received the gospel from Jesus himself not man (Galatians and Corinthians). The Holy Spirit is our comforter and teacher. If you read Jesus words he spoke and compare to what is written by Paul you can clearly see discernment, I feel this is a true test from deception that would be what they call one of tbe greatest deceptions. I can also see how they used the crucifixion against the Jews making them look bad its really sad when the message when you truly align with God's will and your own heart the message was about forgiveness as they didn't understand but the gentiles didn't have full understanding so Jesus gave a easier way to understand that made sense to the ones who had eyes to see and ears to hear. I personally can feel the difference in the words between what Jesus was trying to do vs Paul. We are warned about false teachers and it's not about the teachers it's about who aligns with them. Everyone will align with what they feel is right. Jesus wanted Unity religion does not, this is key. We are all trying to find our way home and home is where the heart is

Discovering that God and I are One, through Advaita Vedanta teachings, (just like Jesus discovered that he and the Father are One; and Meister Eckhart; the Sufi mystics etc.), has helped me jettison the pernicious false teachings of inherent sinfulness, guilt, and the sense of unworthiness that was inculcated in me throughout my 60+ years as a Catholic. This is why he was stoned, and then ultimately crucified. Context is everything when you’re reading the bible. I’m not saying things couldn’t of been changed through the years. But there are still ancient transcripts of the texts, and many people have doctorates in this field. And back in the day, the men that’s started the Christian church had no real reason to do so other than there pure belief in Jesus being the son of God. They were stoned, put in jail, killed etc… for their actions against Judaism. The Christian faith was born through believers that claim to have saw Jesus after he rose from the dead. It was complete mayhem for them to claim “Jesus is God” at that time. So to chalk it up to them wanting power sounds appealing, mysterious and makes a good podcast to say “they” ‘hid the true teachings’ but they had no real reason to do that.

I am gobsmacked in the best way. I’m never without words in my life….until now. Both of my parents are ordained evangelical pastors. 9 of 12 of my aunts & uncles either pastor a church or are missionaries. I spent years with the soundtrack of my life being the voices of people I loved & respected praying, teaching and educating others as well as the voices of church camp, youth group and ‘special guest speakers’ …all of them telling me exactly how to get to heaven, how to piss God off and how Jesus loved everyone, loved sinners, His Father, His Disciples and mankind in general. I was 6 when I ‘argued’ with a SS teacher over the flood killing everything because in my world fish didn’t die in water. I got in huge trouble for that and learned early not to question anyone IN the church talking ABOUT the church’s teaching. The Jesus I came to know and believed in was somehow separate from God in the church teachings which I still find odd. But the Jesus I believed in, loved and wanted to be like was full of love, joy, happiness, generosity, compassion and a complete lack of ego, judgement and hate. I happily took shoes off my feet to give a classmate in 2nd grade. I happily shared food with classmates throughout my school years. I snuck toys from my room outside to give to the neighbors that played with sticks. I didn’t do it for credits - I distinctly remember doing it because I knew Jesus would want me to and because it made ALL of us happier. Until I got caught and admonished about doing those things because ‘I hadn’t worked and paid for those things …adults had and I was being disrespectful of their hard work and generosity by giving things THEY bought’. And God was to be feared. He was to be unconditionally obeyed without question ‘or else’. Fear was the driving force to make you behave. I have vivid recollections from early cognition to pre-teen years, understanding the Holy Trinity but understanding that Christ was the son of God and were supposed to be equal but were not. In my mind, the parent was God that was often angry, watched people to catch them sinning and then punished them harshly. Then used the threat of that punishment to make them do the right thing while reminding the wicked that He loves them as proved by the sacrifices made. I categorized my parents in the God camp and myself in the Jesus camp but didn’t have the vocabulary to articulate it. When I tried ONCE to explain, my parents thought I was complimenting them but putting myself on a pedestal so I never tried again. I absolutely REFUSED to go to zoos, circuses or amusement parks that used animals for entertainment and argued regularly about the unfairness of people from other countries being sent to hell because they didn’t ask Jesus to be saved even though they didn’t have bibles or had never heard about Christianity. By the time I was 16, the disillusionment was actively spreading into my life. By 20, I was going through the motions of Christianity with zero passion or faith but continued with it from a place of fear of hell. At 24, I walked away from the church and my extended family because I knew that my 5 year old son was gay and what he would be subjected to by the well meaning people that would judge and condemn him ‘with love’ which would destroy the beautifully unique person that I knew that the God I believed in had created him just as he was for the plans in his future. I spent years trying to understand and learning about other religions and belief systems and finding myself disgusted with what organized religion was doing to the poor, the immigrants, the lost and addicted and terrified through their followers and in the name of God. Everything I had been taught that Jesus wanted us to do and did HIMSELF was now far too liberal, stripped people of free will and stunted their growth. Alllll while prosperity movement televangelists were taking giant craps on everything Jesus said. It wasn’t until I saw several episodes of The Chosen with Johnathon Roumie portraying Jesus as the Jesus that I believed in as a kid and an adult that I realized I wasn’t alone in my thinking and it all came together. I have secretly thought about so much of what you shared and my soul took flight in a way that I’ll never forget. I NEEDES to hear this. I NEEDED to know. I NEEDED to feel my soul erupt and come back to life. Thank you thank you thank you thank you❤❤❤❤❤

I’m now wondering are my parents, who love so much and are so kind going to hell cuz they don’t repent? My dad drinks? They don’t pray every single day?” I’ve been torn about this. I don’t know what to believe anymore and it’s given me so much anxiety. I worry about everyone. lol. It’s making me crazy. Like “are my kids going to hell? My bff? All cuz they don’t openly confess their sins, repent, read the Bible, pray daily…you know…all the things. You can only be led astray if you're not willing to look for the actual truth, no matter where that leads. John was written last. Why isn't that included in any of the older books? That would sure be a pretty important detail for Matthew, Luke and Mark to have left out. I'm going to quote someone who clarified this scripture for me many years ago when I wondered the same. "John does not reconstruct the events that occurred 65 years earlier. John reinterprets those events and casts them in a light that in many respects is inconsistent with and contradictory to the more accurate and authentic synoptics. The issue I have here is that Aaron still has that Christian Preacher/Pastor in him. Aaron still quotes the bible as saying "God said".. then speaks as though God actually said "that". I am 52 years old. Everything you guys are talking about I already knew in my early teens. I was condemned to hell. I was told that it was blasphemous . But let's keep in mind, the holy spirit is real and Jesus did die on the cross. We need to learn to the sermon of the truth and ask for clarity and the servant of Truth . I grew up searching for God in every church I went to God was not in any of them. They all showed through their rules and when I was baptized and saved nothing changed in my life because of the verbiage that they used to make me feel guilty instead of the truth and it was a long time before I truly understood God’s ways and I learned to meditate and to pray properly and my life is so different today. I don’t have any animosity towards the people who choose to believe what was written in the Bible but I have discovered the truth and now God has given me a very special purpose and it is going to be the greatest gift that I and God will give to humanity! God is all there is because he created all of us as equals and the and those who removed some of the most important things in order to control and manipulate the people in that time. It now is manifest in our governments around the world so they can continue to control our environments through the legal system.

I feel so relieved. As a woman who has tried to reclaim my Catholic faith after 40 odd years, and who HAS KNOWN everything you say re God being within is true, I've found it so confusing and uncomfortable reading the bible, except the words of Jesus, because I can't trust the word of fallible men of the church, especially because they never even knew Jesus. I felt I was going crazy because the scriptures made no sense at all making it all about being scared of God, when Jesus preached love. It just didn't feel right. Exactly 💯 this guy so called or was a so-called theology major and he hasn't gotten the whole truth. It seems like he takes little inconsistency and blows them up to a big picture to the point that it means don't believe the Bible. Even though humans are fallible by faith we believe that the holy Spirit breathe into the writers in order to transmit God's word to humanity. Yes you don't necessarily need a pastor because the Kingdom of heaven is in you but this guy obviously has a problem with Pauline theology and yes you do have to confess Jesus as Lord but also put into practice other portions of the Bible pretty much what you do is what you really believe. And yes the Dead Sea scrolls backs up our current version of the Bible. To me it's more like new age mix with the idea of Jesus so pretty much indirectly debunking The authority in the fallacy and irrancy of the Bible. And yes Jesus did simplified is commandments but he did say I did not come to abolish the Law (Torah) or the scriptures. You have to remember a lot of people will fall away I have different gospels and spins of the Gospels and manipulate lies with truth. Well I don't think any person would believe that we only have to confess Jesus as Lord as a ticket to heaven it's more than that it's a lifestyle and among other things so these guys kind of spinning the truth the scripture the gospel in Jesus Christ. Yes of course there's some Christians that believe that but not all Christians. Remember even Satan himself comes as a light bearer or a servant of Truth. And I don't think Paul said or tried to abolish the law as this guy says but is emphasizing that by the law itself or the old covenant no man can keep every man's going to break it with their action or thought. So yes salvation is through Jesus Christ but Paul never taught to abolish the Jewish law or but being a well studied Jew or what will call sort of rabbinical jew. scholar. Enlightenment? Lol sounds like self serving new age principal... Also Danny says "I am that I am" he don't know what she's doing but subconsciously he's claiming to be God by using the name of God the tetragrammaton. Then again he doesn't know exactly what he said in a subconscious deep way. And by Danny saying imaginary place referring to hell Jesus actually talked about hell and actually Jesus talked about a burning lake of fire which is the most heaviest word used for hell in the whole Bible. So I don't know what this guy is saying that imaginary place called hell no hell is real in Jesus said there's a hell. And since he has his little scholar next to him look up that word in the Greek it means a lake of fire actually burning fire. And first of all even though there's been manipulation and control that's everywhere. These guys act like there's some kind of saints or something like that but their sinners themselves and blasphemers. They're talking about stuff they don't know like there's no hell there is a hell

Because Jesus had a specific responsibility and plan to fulfill for the father. Anything but that was against God’s ultimate plan for our salvation. Although Peter was stating what he did out of love and concern for Jesus it was opposite of God’s plan… or of satan. This is why Jesus called Peter satan. Peter was coming from the flesh and Jesus from the spirit.

As a new Christian, I want to remain open minded and these ideas do make a lot of sense. I don’t think swaying people away from church is helpful though. I have found that the feeling of belonging to a community of people who want to love god and each other (the 2 commandments you emphasised on) has helped my mental health and healing journey. There are some good churches, it’s about finding the right one. I don’t align with everything in the bible, but I can’t deny the Holy Spirit whilst worshipping and serving others as part of community outreach projects. I take what is helpful to me, and leave the rest. Love God, Love thy neighbour 🙏♥️

I am so happy I woke up this morning and this is the first video that was recommended to me. Talk to yourself, in positive terms, knowing that what you conceive in your mind/imagination has the potential to be (in fact, already is in another dimension). Don't parrot the behaviors you see in church or on television pandering for emotional effects of the ignorant. God already knows your heart, so affirm what's already true, just not currently tangible YET. Last, focus on learning YOU and specifically how your mind/subconscious works. I was a devote Christian but never felt connected to it. since a kid I told my mom the New Testament how it was being taught was wrong because it was not putting importance to the covenant with God mentioned in the Old Testament. I finally left Christianity and converted to Judaism and the freedom, the peace, the calm my soul gained is amazing. I still believe in the teaching of Yeshua but I don’t worship him as a God but his father that is also my father .
