JESUS' FINAL PUBLIC MESSAGE WAS--BEWARE OF BEING LEFT BEHIND, WHEN GOD EVACUATES HIS CHURCH

In fact, in all the Gospels as soon as the dust has settled from the Palm branch strewn road to Jerusalem, Christ is talking about things to come. Note what Matthew records:
1. Matthew 21:41 They said to Him, "He will destroy those wicked men miserably, and lease [his] vineyard to other vinedressers who will render to him the fruits in their seasons." (NKJV)
2. Matthew 22:13 "Then the king said to the servants, 'Bind him hand and foot, take him away, and cast [him] into outer darkness; there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.' (NKJV)
3. Matthew 23:33 "Serpents, brood of vipers! How can you escape the condemnation of hell? (NKJV)
4. Matthew 24:51 "and will cut him in two and appoint [him] his portion with the hypocrites. There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. (NKJV)
5. Matthew 25:30 'And cast the unprofitable servant into the outer darkness. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.' (NKJV)
He repeats it. I the Christ am returning and will Judge sinners who do not repent and bow to me!
In Mark 11:1-10 through chapter 13: He is talking about things to come. The same is true for Luke 19:29-38 (Triumphal) to chapter 21:10-38 He teaches about a future return and judgment!
But note John 14:1-3 "Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. 2 "In My Father's house are many mansions; if [it were] not [so,] I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. 3 "And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, [there] you may be also. (NKJV)
What a precious word of comfort in this dark hour of doom and judgment. Jesus says, don’t be troubled, I will take care of you my own! This is John’s introduction to the second event in God's plan for the future: the Rapture (the parousia or royal return Paul describes in I Thessalonians).
Out of the gloom and doom of Matthew 24, Mark 13, and Luke 21 comes hope . . . let’s look at three promises God gives His church through the Rapture:
I. A PROMISED HOMEGOING John 14
A. Though suffering and enduring this world’s wrath is tough, there is a bright future coming.
B. Christ is personally preparing a place for us.
C. He will return for us, so the Rapture is a promised homegoing!

With all due respect, I believe this to be incorrect also. Read Rev 3:10 Jesus commendation to the Philadelphia church: "Because you have kept My command to persevere, I also will keep you from the hour of trial which shall come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth." True believers will not be here for the Tribulation, period. the Lord Jesus said so.

Exactly 💯 God has two hands one to deal justice to the wicked and one to cover the elect. Are we limiting God's power. Can he not protect us? Can he not speak plainly to us? Why do so many fall on the words of Charles Darby rather than falling on the word. The church has gone from reading books to chapters and now they cherry pick a few verses for the day. I'm not going to get all angry about it. Seek God .. as for me and my house,.we will serve the Lord. If it's pre trib.. fine. If it's post trib.. we will know exactly what is happening and not be deceived. The concept of "rapture" doesn't impact my salvation. Read Mathew 24.. the whole chapter

God loves you so much that He sent His son, God incarnate, to take your sins and shame upon Himself, be flogged, hung on a cross, and then raised in the first resurrection to offer eternal life to you and anyone else who believes He is who He says He was. So, he's not taking us to the Father's House? Are we doing a U turn, meeting him in the air and immediately coming back to battle? Things that are similar yet with some differences aren't identical, they are just similar. How do you reconcile the fact that Christ said the very things that a potential Bridegroom in Galilee would say at the time of betrothal at the Last Supper (which includes him returning for his bride at a future time with his attendants putting her on a litter and carrying her to him at the Father's House (called "flying the bride") where she would spend *seven* days secluded with her husband and at the end of those seven, the would be a wedding feast with all the guests? Why would he say something like that? To confuse his disciples? Have you ever even heard of the Galilean wedding customs? If this is news to you, it would be wise to investigate it.

Incorrect. The Gospels have Jesus saying "Behold I come as a thief in the night." Then in Mat 24 he says "you will know the time is near, even at the doors" And then in Revelation "Every eye shall see Him" (when He returns) So obviously, those are talking about 2 different events.
