The Quran makes very bold claims about Jesus and Christianity and God's nature. It doesn't allow for flexibility so it makes it infinitely easier for a Muslim to see the light and debunk it once these claims are addressed. For example, historical evidence for the crucifixion of Christ and an overwhelming evidence for the impossibility of another explanation for His resurrection; The fact that Jesus did in fact claim to be God... The Quran has set a trap for itself and genuine, humble research can take Muslims a long way.

Quran 6:164 is very interesting. It reads, “…No bearer of burdens can bear the burden of another.” Sahih Muslim 2767b: Abu Burda reported Allah’s messenger as saying: “There would come a people amongst the Muslims on the Day of Resurrection with as heavy sins as a mountain, and Allah would forgive them and would place in their stead the Jews and the Christians.”
