I've always thought faith and works went hand and hand, no matter how old we are on earth, we are still God's children. As God's children, we love Him and want to please Him, so of course we do his works.

To my beloved Mari Emmanuel with all due respect please explain to me how you went to heaven. I hear you talk about it many times. I am a devoted Christian and Listen to you every day you have gotten me through many tough times and have explained many passages in the holy Bible that I did not understand. I know God says to Love and Serve one another (which I do often), but when there are families who INSIST it is strictly about their CULTURE, THEIR WAY, this is what I want a vacation from. My mother used to tell me this many years ago: "God cannot help those who do not help themselves" Narcissists as close I can explain (as I was a victim to one for about a year); They make an effort to entrap lives in the expectations from their victims in the process of upholding their way, their life, make their life comfortable (while everyone else around the narcissist is suffering/or in misery) and make them appear as if they are a god. (IDOLATRY). The last time I really got to have a little enjoyment in my life was way back in June of 2001: I have sacrificed much of my time, my choices, my talent, my education, my dreams due to many self-centered, selfish human beings that surround me and yell at us on a daily basis.
