I was baptized by my Mother (my greatest influence in Christ 👌🏻). I was 32, and very sick from a Lupus flare up, so we did it at home with everyone watching on a FaceTime . We made it work with a bucket of water and my closest family and friends.I read my statement and was overwhelmed by tears. I could feel the impact of my words. It was the most pivotal moment in my life and there was nothing fancy about it. I smile about that day often, because to Christ it was a grand celebration.

God. I live in an ungodly home. They don’t want to know about you and I don’t know what to do except pray. Help me to not think of myself better than them or anyone.
