My father wasn't faithful and I completely understand what David Jerimiah means by having a hard time understanding God as a faithful father though I see God as more of a father to me then my biological... I often struggle with a disconnect in my heart desiring for a close relationship with God as I see so many others have but I'm honest with God in this. I find myself wondering what's wrong with me and why do I feel like that and I plea with God to change my heart and fix me. Fathers, if you want your kids to be close to God be close to your children. Love your children as you know God would want you to love them. Think how God desires to love you and let Him lead you to love them the same as humanly possible.
