I'm so excited, Going on jet airways on business class for the first time!!! I normally go on economy as i like to be nice and cosy, (i don't like too much space) but after i saw this video a couple of weeks ago i really wanted to try business class!!! Nice video providing plenty of information. Never have seen a more perfect video than this. :)

Jet business class crew are very nice and ultra-professional. They call you by name and are well versed in fine dining service. All US carriers could learn from them. Only US carrier that comes close on intl flights is Delta and they still are way behind t he training that Jet attendants receive for Business Class. I get to fly Jet Business class in 2 days! On my way from Heathrow to Mumbai!

JetAirways used to fly from Terminal 1 where Air Canada Rouge is and they were moved to Terminal 3 in spring so that could be why there was confusion The Skyteam lounge in Terminal 3 at YYZ has just been renovated since last September and looks better. There are two daily non stop flights with KLM from Toronto to Amsterdam.

btw - i'm flying Jet on Tuesday of this week, Business class from Heathrow to Mumbai. I was looking at your video because I wanted to make sure they served booze...lol. I flew Jet business class only one time before -- last year -- on a flight from Mumbai to Delhi and there was no booze on board!! I think it's because they don't serve alcohol on ANY intra-India flights. EEK! Also, in Mumbai everyone eats roti with their meals. In Delhi, naan is more popular. It's a North-South thing. Sorta like dinner rolls vs. biscuits in the states. :-)

Jet Airways has a good product, but I recently travelled on the DEL-DXB-DEL sector. They should at least upgrade the aircraft from a B737-800 to at least an Airbus A330 if not a B777, considering the high traffic on this sector. Emirates uses a B777 on this sector and is profitable, so why can't Jet do the same I fail to understand. Nice video and details , btw.

sushantisgreat. I was wondering the same. I travelled Mumbai Bangkok Mumbai on Jet Airways Boing 737. The service was excellent however they should upgrade it to A330 considering high demand on the route. Air India has 787 dreamliner and Thai flies 747-400 on the Mumbai Bangkok route. 😊

jet air way have changed their food service to cheaper version and they tell you secretly if you approach the staff. All staff are good but tired looking after couple of hours flight time. There are stories of bad or good experiences to entertain others in common.
