@@BlackMac2011 That chopper pilot was not mucking around! I would have thought the boats would have been at least 1000-1200kg but the Squirrel handled them with ease. At least they feel that heavy when you run aground. Sold my boat back in 2000, Never got down south. Was told how good the jet boating was but it's great to see it. Thanks for the video.

The Hollyford River looks epic for jet boating! We have to do it someday. We've just done jet boating on the Waiaurahiri River in southern Fiordland which is pretty epic too!

I just love the new Zealand jet boat videos you guys and gals look like you have a lot of fun. I do wish somebody would put out a blooper video I am just guessing but you can't get it right all the time.There just has to be a rip around a corner to no water with a big O shit.

Ten thumbs-up for this video. Man, look at that crystal-clear water!! Not to mention the awesome jetboats running through it! My next jetboat build, this is what kind of boat I want! Already got a coastal class interceptor that I built, but it's made for jumping over sandbars, oyster beds, and mud flats, and will do so to a degree that the passenger will have to remove the seat cushion from their cheeks when they stand up! Much like I had to do after seeing some of the stuff you guys were running with your boats! The sight of that swift water coupled with the rocks, makes me nervous, knowing that my boat is not made to go into the rocks and rapids. The results of trying it with my boat may not be so good.....

All the boats were Alloy. Even then there were a few good dents.
