Shekhar Sir, this is only to show people. This is waste of money . Emulsion used in rainy season. This man is crazy. He is getting his salary. Now it is RAINY SEASON, and he is saying Pani nahi rahana chahiye. Shekhar Sir, meet the Contrator. His pocket is getting full. They must do good roads when it is dry season. That time they dont want to do this job, because the ROADS WILL BE GOOD and no chance to get their pockets full. Now temperory repairs ok.for safety.,
