A fishing ski just adds another layer of practicality to these machines. Especially for riders who want something else to do other than endlessly riding all day and burning fuel. You can also access tight/shallow areas that larger boats simply cannot operate in. I am thinking about getting one and doing some fishing as I just burned over $500 in fuel last weekend in my FX SVHO.

I use my RXT-X for everything. And to be honest, Seadoo really makes it easy to convert your seadoo, regardless of model, into a fishing jetski. I have the linq cooler and 4 rod holders on it. I want to add the hardware on the front so that I can attach 2 rod holders up front. So when I go out, I simply just attach the hardware and I have a fishing jetski set up along with the Fishpro Trophy Garmin fishfinder/depth finder. When I want to burn a couple hundred bucks just racing up and down the lake, I simply don't attach anything. I love the versatility of Seadoo. I don't need to have a dedicated jetski to do the things I like and enjoy and being stuck with a jetski designed for that 1 particular activity. Combine the versatility of my RXT with my 525 Waveboat and I can do any type of activity on the water from fishing to hanging out with the family at the local sandbar to riding my RXT like a madman out on the water and just having a blast. Seadoo is so ahead of the game in terms of monitoring the market and accommodating to everyone's personal preferences. No matter what you're into or financial situation...Seadoo has a jetski for you.

I have noticed a surge in kayak fishing here in the last month. I’ve seen a group of probably 10 SeaDoo Fish Pros that hang out on lake Guntersville. Wonder if it’s a club

Wife and I wanted a FX SVHO, fishing ski are making us reconsider. A big bump in practicality. Plus another activity to help justify a ski

I use my 2023 ultra 160lx for fishing occasionally, it was fun and easy set up

You think you could hook a marlin on one of those ? Probably best to start on small ones, then work your way up

I wonder if the growing cost of bass/fishing boats is helping to drive anglers to skis. And those that can afford the high five and six figure bass/fishing boats may buy a ski for those quick trips.
