I can confirm as being apart of the flight deck of that flight, that this is not a pilot error and is a plane error.

From the jet2 staff team : We sincerely apologize for this bug during your flight we did not do this would happen and we hope you come back again to try again as this was a bypass pin issue we had on the plane which made the plane act up and somebod was jumping or flying into thee plane which caused us to land with no gears we are very sorry.
