I just want to say how impressive you’ve approached this whole thing. You started by giving your dad a platform and getting feedback. You understood why people liked him and capitalised on that (I don’t mean that in a bad way). The “Chef Dad” is so fitting and people latched on to that fitting title and personality. Then once he was established on your channel and people were requesting him to have his own, you didn’t hesitate to start his own.
