Have they drastically reduced SJU flights after last year's hurricane? I was just looking at schedules this summer from BOS and JFK and it they seemed to have fewer flights than during previous summers.

That's the PTU (Power Transfer Unit)! I love that sound on start up and shut down. Funny thing .. the noise is also known as the "barking dog" noise because that's what it sounds like. I hope you had an awesome Cleveland flight.

FLIGHTS WERE RED EYES AT NIGHT SND EXTREMELY BUMPY AND ONCE IT LANDED AT IDELWILD AIRPORT PUERTO RICAN PASSENGERS WOULD CLAP THANKING THE COCKPIT CREW FOR THE SAFE JOURNEY AND FOR GREAT LANDING. TODAY WE CLAP BECAUSE WE ARE HAPPY THAT WE ARE BACK HOME, CHRISTMAS , NEW YEARS, ETC. I FIND IT WONDERFUL THAT PUERTORICAN PASSENGER KEPT THIS TRADITION SINCE FLYING TODAY IS VERY STRESSFUL. SO PLEASE WHEN YOU ASK WHY WE CLAP, DON'T USE THE WORD HELL, WE ARE GRATEFUL FOR THE BEAUTIFUL FLIGHT AND WE MADE IT SAFELY DUE TO THE GREAT COCKPIT CREW. WE WENT THRU 9/11 AND LOTS OF OTHER THINGS.
