Yep! We found coracao at the supermarket. So good, with no seasoning or marinade required. Just chicken heart on a stick. Muito bom

I am a professional in the area and I will give you some advices on drinks. Caipirinha is actually a very hard drink to make in the "right" way. Most bartenders will make it their own ways, or in the way of the bar. Most of the times this results in lighter and bitter caipirinhas than they should to be. There are details on the ice thickness and grind (to control dilution), specific parts of the lime should be smashed, never shaken (to avoid bitterness). The brand Espirito de Minas (Minas Spirit) is a GREAT commercial brand, but still commercial. It should not be very expensive, something around 30 is the most. For a standard one, made with 51 or Velho Barreiro, the max price is 20. When youre paying more than that, youre paying for other things other than the drink itself, like the place, or the alcohol scarcity around, you know, market and marketing factors.

Hey guys! first of all loving the family trip videos from Brazil. Also would like to mention that actually the bartender was telling you the truth about the caipirinha with cachaca from minas. Every time I visit Sao Paulo I always goes for the cachaca from Minas haha! The quality is way better than the regular cachaca. you have to take a shot to try the flavor of the cachaca from minas whenever you get the chance..... God Bless!

Picanha is an special cut beef, But, instead of picanha I also recommend you “fraudinha” and “contra filé”, these cuts are also special and affordable, picanha is so expensive and depending on place the person can cut “coxão duro” and tell you that is a picanha, pay attention on this, talk to the barbecue man to teach you about these kinds of barbecues cuts. Good cachaça you drink straight. For caipirinha you don't need a top cachaça. Also, I like young cachaça, but very few people known about this option. Discovered on a trip to the interior of Bahia. By the way, Diamantina canion is great.
