This idea that you can NEVER take a day off is so dumb. Burning yourself out is bad for you, you understand that right Carton? If you want to be the best at your job than you have to take care of your physical and mental health. Andy Reid for his entire career gives the team the bye week off. Doesn't use it as a chance to get extra reps or watch extra film, but as a chance for extra rest, and Andy is the best coach of all time coming off a bye. Carton being loudly and confidently wrong as per usual
