Respectfully, from a Jets fan since 1980. The Jets have done anything yet; the pads are not even on as yet in July 2024. I truly hope they focus on winning, taking one game at a time to continue to get better at all phases of the game, SP, OF and DEF. This is not negative thinking from me it's just reality we haven't played at least 11 games yet. Blessings to the NY Jets.

The defense will be even better BECAUSE the Jets finally have an offense. So the defense will be on the field less time, they'll often be playing with a lead and be more rested and can tee off on opposing offenses. So excited for this year!

I AM A BROKEN RECORD WITH THIS. Ok i do not want the jets to be picked to win the division or go to the super bowl or that our defense is picked in july to be NUMBER ONE. ITS RIDICULOUS ITS THE WORST THING FOR A YOUNG TEAM THAT HASN'T PROVEN SHIT !!! If we were perennial winners the last 3 years i would say thats fine WE EARNED THE RESPECT. Guy..the defense proved they belong in the conversation for the top spot. Calm down. I get what you’re saying but these young players are studs and let’s be clear if they had decent QB play and didn’t go through 13 starting line configurations. They’d of had success.

@@martinconde9537 I’m 31 and played college ball. I’ve been a jets fan as far back as I can remember the sport. You don’t need to be portrayed as an underdog or counted out to bring out your competitive nature at that level of play. Young guys play to prove they belong and vets play to prove they can still bang. Amateurs athletes need external motivators.
