I just sold my '20 CRF450, less torque than my 500 and not that enjoyable. The 450 was a struggle to lift the front wheel in top gear, the CR5 does it on the sandy sections. Front end stability was the best improvement over the old girl, but I have ohlins front and rear, a pulse induction kit and e.start on the 500 now so no need for a modern bike as I get older and struggle to kick it!!
