This would not have happened with last years Eli so he really upped his game in both his speed and his motivation/confidence this year and it's so incredible to see . There is no question he has what it takes to win the chip but he needs to maintain this level of intensity and commitment . Whoever wins the 2025 Supercross championship will have earned it with blood sweat and tears because it's not going to be easy .

I think they need to take a little power away on his bike. He actually got a good jump but said he just shifted a little too early and wheelied and screwed him and then he pumped up a bit, which he’s never really had an issue with so not sure what’s going on there. But he’s still the fastest guy. His fastest lap was over a second faster than anyone else. He will be good and figure the starts out and then it’s over for everyone. We all know nobody can catch him if he gets out front, he just has to figure out that stary

although it was a Stella past it seamed web held Jett up in the sand corner. and may be it was a bit of Team tactics by the boys Jett looked so casual. its was exciting racing ,but comparing with Ricky Chad and Bubba they had 50 racers like this. practically every weekend was like this only time will tell. its good to see old time battles

Yeah these races need the entertainment center set up on full blast. Eli I think may feel he needs to up the ante on his record before he calls it GG's man is at legendary win streaks. Once he gets traction on that bike it's like a whole other octane kicks in on sections of the track. Beast mode without a doubt.

The bike is fine, Jett is the one who didn't take the competition as seriously as he should and I understand it . Jett really had no major competition the last few years so why bother killing himself with training but now he knows two guys really improved and are a major threat .

@ it’s really not. If you know what you’re looking for you can see it. It wasn’t as bad a last week but clearly still has work to do on that rear. No moto time and only testing time is what showed. But to say he doesn’t take the competition serious is wild.

@@bedbugsruinedmoto Those bikes have been tested more than any others , there are zero issues with that bike, even Jett said all he needs is to practice more . Why he didn't is his fault because they had those bikes far longer than any other rider has had their 2025 bikes . I guess we can say Eli having much much LESS time on the new and improved YZ450F compared to Jett and Hunter who have had their 2025 Honda's a lot longer than Tomac will get considerably better also . Scary thought

@ so you don’t realise what changed on the Hondas compared to the Yamaha? You should look that up. It’s a much greater deal and will take more time to get right. Eli has had a lot of gate drops in the off season compared to Jett. It’ll only take another week or 2 before Jett is back to holding a 3 second lead most races.

Jett done the right things, followed Eli, learned his strength/ weakness, Jett was running the pace while copping roost & different lines to keep away. I recon Jett had more, but was happy to learn from Eli be content with second. Long season. Can’t win a championship 2nd round.
