Thanks to the Telefonmast's hitting power, Epic Sax German was able to confront Gaben in a duel, ultimately securing the release of Episode 3 and allowing both germny and amerka to play the game and stop a Gaben. Some say the Telefonmast might be needed to ensure the release of Duke Nukem Forever....

It is not known what happened to the telefonmast after the war, but if it had made it into mass production, amerka would have failed.
