I know this is a bit pedantic and random but. The reason why is that adding salt raises the boiling point of water making the pasta cook at a higher temperature...and with pasta unless you give it a cold water wash it will continue to cook for at least 10 minutes after you remove it from any heat source. So by raising the temperature of the water before it boils, you will raise the ambient temperature of the pasta when you first remove it from all heat, causing it to over cook even faster and potentially ruining your dish. So in good conscience I have to advise against doing such. What I would recommend is first boiling the water without salt, adding the pasta, and pulling it before it hits al dente and giving it a cold water wash to lower the temperature. Then when you go to incorporate it into the hot meal, the ambient temperature of the sauce should bring it right to where pasta tastes the bestWhen being used for a cold salad, pasta should always be rinsed after cooking. This serves two purposes. First, it stops the cooking process immediately. Rinsing in cold water brings the temperature of the pasta down, which you don’t want when eating it hot, but is OK in this instance since the pasta will be served cold. It also keeps the pasta loose for the salad. When left unrinsed, the starchy coating can make the pasta gummy and clump together. When using spaghetti or any kind of Asian-style noodles - like soba, udon, or rice noodles - for stir-fry, they should always be rinsed after cooking. The starchy film on the noodles would otherwise make them gummy and clump together when stir-fried. Rinsing does cool the noodles down, but this is fine since they’ll be cooked again in a hot pan.

Sure dude, for 1 litre of water to boil at 101 degrees Celsius you need more then 100 grams of salt. So with a normal amount of salt your theorie is definitely very wrong. Also good luck with your tasteless pasta.
