You could walk around with your trolley or you can store it for a fee at level 1 www.changiairport.com/en/airport-guide/facilities-and-services/baggage-storage.html Jewel is massive . 2 hours might not get you everywhere . Probably need 2 days if you want to shop !

Yes, they are before security check in. However, you can take the skytrain from Terminal 1 to Terminal 3 to see the waterfall as it will pass through Jewel.

This is in the public area. You need to exit the transit area first. If you can’t , take the sky train from T2 to T3 to see the Jewel without exiting the transit area

@spud0606 No need boarding pass. Jewel is open to public and it is outside the boarding area. It is connected to Terminal 1 , 2 and 3. You can visit even if you are not flying :)

From Terminal 4 Take the free airport shuttle bus service that plies between Terminal 4 and Terminal 2. From Terminal 2, Jewel is a 5 to 10-minute walk via a link bridge from its Departure Hall (level 2).
