@@SunnySouthVacations The people of Jamaica keep us coming back . We can get sun and sand cheaper in Cuba or the DR but we just like the Jamaican people and we know that we’re going to have a great time. As for why we go to JPC, it’s because it ticks the boxes of what we’re looking for in a resort. Adults only Smaller resort so you if you meet people you will see them again The staff are amazing The food and beverage are not the greatest we’ve had but we always find something we like.

@@SunnySouthVacations After so many trips you get a sense of knowing what is and isn’t important. I’ve seen too many people let their days and trips be ruined because breakfast was a little late or it was raining that day.I’m not saying we’re better that them, we’re just at a point where we let the small things slide and focus on relaxing and enjoying ourselves.

Nice video. Thanks for sharing. I watch another video on this resort. They claim, the restaurant closes early when there's a beach party? There is a smell in the area from burning garbage. Does not look like there's an elevator? Do you know how many room at this resort?: Is there nightly entertainment? It this resort for mostly seniors/retirees? Hope to get your response.

I'll do my best to answer all your questions but please note that everything is subject to change as resorts do reevaluate their programs from time to time. I'm not certain if the restaurants close early on beach party nights but it does make sense as they want as many people to attend that party as possible. I didn't notice any smell in the area. I suppose it depends on the time of year you're traveling and which way the wind is blowing. There are no elevators. Just stairs. If you need a ground level room for accessibility perspectives just make sure your travel agent makes that note on file. There are currently a total of 225 rooms at this resort. There is indeed nightly entertainment. I wouldn't suggest this resort is for seniors or retirees although you will see them there as well. I thought there was a nice mix of ages at the resort. @@DC-ym8km you're most welcome. Jewel Paradise Cove has a very authentic design. It doesn't have a modern design as you can probably see from the photos. They have a very high repeat guest factor.

Horrible place don’t go unless you want to go sleep by 9pm. It’s a trick they don’t do or play anything different. When breakfast,lunch and dinner is over they won’t let you in or they run away with the food. The customer service as if your there to see them very rude.

Hi @Javarrol, it sounds like you didn't have the best of times at Jewel Paradise Cove. I'm sorry to hear that as I'm sure you were very much looking forward to your vacation. My experience at the resort was very positive, that said, I can appreciate that this resort isn't for everyone. I know this resort has a lot of repeat guests but it sounds like this resort wasn't the best fit for you. There are thousands of places you could choose to go on vacation and because of that you really need to look beyond the destination and and the price of the vacation.
