Hi! You need to get wired ribbons to keep the petals pointy. Usually, wider width Christmas themed ribbons have wires along its edges.

This is gorgeous. If you wanted to make it smaller what would your cut sizes and number of petals be?

Hi, Dierdre! I'm so sorry I wasn't able to reply sooner. If you are trying to make a smaller version of this one, the ribbon's width to length ratio can be a 1:2.5 (1 x 2.5 inches or 2.5 x 6.25 cm) The measurement is just a little over the ratio in my video but it's fine so it's easier for you to manipulate the petal. You can always trim the excess ribbon. :)
