I'd have to go for the Eglantine Rose necklace. The rose is the Yorkshire Rose emblem. I'm a Yorkshirewoman so it's an obvious choice for me.

I cant decide between the Rosenthal Rose Ring or the coiled serpent. Rosenthal most favorite ring and oh my the Emerald Necklace is *gorgeous* but you @JewelleryPleasure know my weakness and love for Emeralds. Even if I had the money I just dont think I could purchase such Decadence. I would damn well be tempted tho lol
@JewelleryPleasure Жыл бұрын
Hi, glad to hear you again! You know, Emerald necklace is very similar to that famous Liz Taylor necklace, and Lolobrigida had also something similar. So I mean this emerald necklace is not something "one of a kind". Hence, my favourite this Cartier necklace which is on thumbnail. By the way, it looks like not typical Cartier work, doesn't it?

@JewelleryPleasure *hugs* I cant compare grieving the loss of a parent with your country and homeland being invaded by a Maniacal Russian Despot but its good to see/hear from you too! Ive been in my own grief but I do get anxious if I havent seen a posting from my fave KZbinr in awhile. But I feel some relief and comfort when I see a new JP video pop-up on my Recommendeds. Youre right about the flower/Cartier necklace it looks like...yes here it comes I'm gonna name drop it again my ❤️ It looks like classic Van Cleef & Arpels I was actually pretty surprised that it wasnt

@@JewelleryPleasure It's quite gorgeous. I just can't believe they made a diamond flower necklace with no color
With utmost respect at ts02:00 the author refers to the detail appointment on reverse or back of broach as "HANDY WORK". The decades of meticulous attention to the unseen details of the Craft Person executed with skills acquired during a lifetime of a level of attention and self awareness to skillfully create in three dimension enduring beauty, passion and Love. At every step along the journey of creation through to charity auction and beyond a statement of Love from all to all Craft Skills. Handy work your not the one.
@JewelleryPleasure Жыл бұрын
Yep, maybe. Handy work was indicated in the informational sources, which I studied in order to create scenario for this video. I'm not sure how verify this.

You are correct. The designs are boring and repetitive. There are reasons for all of that. Reasons that I could explain but still near everyone in the Gemstone Trade and Jewelry Manufacturing industry more or less copy one another and continuously manufacture the same or similar finished products. How do I know. I am involved in the Gemstone and Jewelry trade for 40 years now and have witnessed *Nothing Much Changing* during those 40 years. An industry more or less still stuck in the dark ages relative to *What Could Be Created* as compared to the boring and repetitive gemstone and jewelry products that are seen and made available to the public. Of course Lily Safra is only the consumer and not responsible for the boring imagination of the people in the Gemstone and Jewelry Manufacturing industry and all of what the gemstone trade and jewelry manufacturing industry produces and supplies to the public. She is just the consumer but still, *in effect*, she applauds them for what they do produce and have on offer as if they are some sort of genius..🤔 Point is, there are numerous famous brand name Jewelry Companies ( you know them and most people know their names ) that have made tens of millions of dollars and many hundreds of millions of dollars throughout the decades. With all the money they have made none of them have invested in making jewelry products other than what you see on display while 98 percent of it is the same or looks the same. They have the money and they have the ability to change all of that but they do not rather they keep on producing the same or similar boring and repetitive looking finished products. It is like the automobile industry stuck in 1955 while everyone is apparently awe struck by the *same car design* but seen and available in a variety of colors..... 🤔🤔🤔
