This is a slap in the face and disrespect to these people. You believe that giving them low-quality rice and little clothing will incentivize the people to vote for you. YOU need to recondition the southeastern counties' roads to bring relief to the people in that part of Liberia. Not to go around giving low-quality rice and looking for votes.
