Very well made...my Dutch Portuguese Jewish family lived over 300years in Amsterdam they were mostly killed in the Nazi concentration camps in Europe.

My family as well. My mother's maiden name was Sarphatie. Probably our families knew one another.

A point to make that Holland is actually called the Netherlands. Holland is only based upon a section of the Netherlands such as the province in the North and South of Holand.

My view of God is exactly the same as Spinoza. My great grandparents came from Amsterdam, and I love the city. I feel very connected to Amsterdam, in spite of the tragic history. And even the tremendous distance, physically and time wise, it still feels like home to me. America is not home, it feel like a strange country, even though I was born here. America is frightening, and I have no faith in the government or the people.

If it were not for the Andalusian civilization, which influenced and gave many beautiful things that were left from the history of Islamic thought, and even Christian and Jewish thought, that is, religious tolerance and differences of ideas. If there had not been the Andalusian civilization, there would not have been great geniuses like Baruch Spinoza, Moses ben Maimon, Hasdi Ibn Shabrout. Who were in the Andalusian era with the great Muslims such as: Ibn Sina, Ibn Rushd, Ibn al-Haytham, Al-Khwarizmi, Ibn al-Haytham. All of these contributed to Western culture as witnessed by some Western thinkers such as: Roger Garudi, Murad Hulvan, Karen Amstrong, Anna Marie Schmel, all These Western thinkers have great thought and are neutral. They speak transparently and in a spirit of morality, which the Western and Islamic society needs. I would like to thank every human being who contributed to humanitarian work. Unfortunately, we are witnessing world wars such as: Yemen, Palestine, Afghanistan, Iraq, Ukraine, Syria, Sudan, and so on. The biggest contributor to the destruction of peoples are the Western countries that profit and sell weapons while at the same time developing weapons in order to test deadly weapons on peoples who are victims of incomprehensible wars.
