This version of En Kelohenu is sung according to the Judeo- Spanish custom and is sung in Ladino. The Judeo Spanish tradition reflects the tradition of Spanish and Portuguese exiles who settled in the Ottoman Empire and preserved a late medieval form of Spanish.

You are the one before whom our fathers offered incense of spices.
