3.25: Poisonous Concoction of Bouncing: Now has 30 to 44 Added Chaos Damage at gem level 1 (previously 26 to 39), with values of 716 to 1073 at gem level 20 (previously 622 to 933). They buffed it? wait what?

yeah this confused me too. Maybe since its a weaponless gem and most of the weapons got buffed this is a compensatory buff? This gem was also affected by totems being removed since it is an attack skill. They also just increased the damage of a lot of gems across the board so it could just be that. I was planning to league start this if it didnt get nerfed and then they buffed it so I'm definitely starting it now.

Dont know if it was buffed tho, the build lost atk speed from the totem, divine blessing aura (maybe guardian blessing could do the trick but tons of reduced aura eff) and defiance banner

@@lucasmoraes8085 but gained an extremely decent amount of flat damage on a skill that already excelled in damage and every other build lost divine blessing too. Not saying it's gonna be in a stronger place in the meta per se, but it's certainly still gonna be extremely strong on league start

i dont know... because poison is an "non-elemental ailment" and the new perfect agony says: "and makes it so Non-Critical Strikes cannot inflict Ailments"... i wonder if we only be able to poison on crit, and if the "toxic delivery" 25% more damage will be nulled by "Critical Strikes to not deal extra damage". i hope i am wrong, because i will start this beast :D

For what it's worth, I made it work and got 4/4 myself (two tries on Uber Elder, everything else was a cakewalk). With the removal of Divine Blessing I just went Mana based using Clever Thief, which was super comfy life recovery as well. With 1k+ ES mostly from two uniques (Dendrobate and Leper's Alms), 22k evasion and Ghost Shrouds survivability was good.

You mentioned the flask charge on crit node at the beginning of the video, it sounds cracked for sustain, but I found that it has an internal cooldown of 100ms, so one can only gain 10 charges per second, which should be good for the replenishment of health flask on a build like this but it's not enough for sustaining in the general case. Just in case anyone else was curious :)

PF gives 5 charges/sec, so a cap of 10/sec seems extremely workable, especially with the flask nodes you're probably taking to get the mastery

ailments that crit have base extra 50% dot multi (additive). assassin toxic delivery scales this further. crit gives flask generation on tree. dire torments wheel is good for crit poison.

just assassin ascendancy "toxic delivery". Poison is Damage Over Time. DOT damage cant crit, only hit can crit. Poisonous Concoction of Bouncing --> hit --> crit and poison --> assassin ascendancy work --> profit!
