Flew business class after buying an upgrade between PTY and LIM but in an older business class configuration. Despite it being a nightlight nothing compared to your experience. For a little over a three hour flight no blankets offered and only a cup of water and something described as orange juice. No amenity bag either. Quite ignorant crews as we already encountered on the outbound flight were our economy row was even skipped for drink service. No Copa Airlines crew has still to learn what service means.

Make sure is the 737 MAX. Copa has another aircrafts and first class seats and service are not that nice!

I used business class with Qatar airline and i love it. Considering more expensive than the flight to Panama. Panama is a AAA plus

Most people on copa flights dont pay for business class, they just get upgraded when they ask

It was really warm but the seats looks nice though. The same Singapore airlines the seats are leather but when you sleep you flip the back of the seat that makes into bed. There is a slim foam on top that is not leather and breathable making it easier to sleep

My experience was awfull. It is only good for short flights. For long flights is terrible. In economy their planes have only 2 restrooms in the back, so the lines and wait is long. Not only that, I was never credited to my account the miles they promised! I don't recommend this airline!
