Stellar stuff, Mr. F., as always. That gem of a truck is a great fit for this gorgeous setting of a map... sound choice. PSA: There is one (1) task listed on the status page which is not in the game menu, and cannot be completed, preventing a 100% score. Completing all visible missions achieves 96-98%. According to the author, it was essentially a hack used to create a feature and is an unmarked, 1sm of land "somewhere" on the map. The name of the task is "Nevermind", w/o description or rewards, which had me suspicious from the beginning. Having spent two days searching for it, I finally reached out to him (ActionJackson) and it's actually his first map! That's one tough act to follow, right out of the gate. Can't recommend a journey through Red Canyon enough. Absolutely wonderful experience, even as a solo player, and a superb map for simply roaming around. Especially for old desert rats like me. Grab your copy of "Desert Solitaire", put on some Doors, and ride the highway west, baby....

Jeff I think the missing part of the interior is made to be a camera. Some new off road vehicles have a camera on the front so you can see obstacles while wheeling.

Thanks for the Tacoma showcase Jeff I'm a die hard Toyota guy. I have a 1st gen Tacoma with 390k miles on it and still does a pool route, lifted 3rd gen 4Runner and an Ae92 Corolla on adjustable coilovers and jdm Rota wheels. The new Tacoma's are awesome !

That interior camera on the infotainment screen is a trail cam not a back up cam. It’s for trail riding so you can see what’s under you. It’s what the actual truck has Irl

0:37 Trail Cam. I had it as a rear view cam first and thought that was a redundant feature since we already had a rear view mirror. All my mods are aimed at the players who wants to use mods but still enjoy the vanilla challenges of snowrunner.

Someone's probably already said this but I think that interior camera is intentional, a lot of off road equipped trucks nowadays come with a camera that gives you better visibility of the ground in front of you for tedious situations like rock climbing.

Its not a back up camera. The TRDs came with a front bumper camera that allows you to see what is directly in front of the truck. i.e. Rocks, terrain changes, maybe a drop off, etc.

Its not a missing piece of interior or a backup camera. I think it is meant to be an off road camera. SO you can see obstacles that will be approaching.

I have this truck. A lot of guys mod their trucks and add a front camera to the view in that head unit. My guess is that’s what it was supposed to be. A front camera to see your approach angle as you come across obstacles

Your late jeff I already have it. Lol. But yeah 100% agree jeff it's a amazing map. Looks good its has no to very little mud but the trails are hard to drive through. The ground around the trails are very soft so cutting between trails are basically a no no. So I really recommend this map.
