in a lot of your videos you could use terroristic threats, disorderly conduct for charges as well. especially in this instance where she made threats to kill someone else. For the instance where you had the El Camino pulled over for irrational driving, question was asked if he used narcotics he said not lately, you had PC to do a breath test. you can articulate PC due to his comment as well as slow and irrational swerving driving patterns.

That episode kept you busy! The Challenger and Ford Explorer both looked terrific! You had the right idea on that last call. Ok so Jeff I see where you were going with that robbery trying to shoot the perp in the arm - here's my problem with that and what I would have done: What I would have done 1. Close off the roads (you did that) 2. Call for additional units 3. Call for a SWAT team just as you would backup in that same menu just select the "Local SWAT Team" option 4. You mentioned you used to be able to do some kind of negotiation with the subjects in a past episode? Try that if you can get it working. 5. Once the swat team is on scene and you cant negotiate or anything like that and it's at a stand still (cut this part from the video) and switch to a swat character. Position yourself a decent distance away behind cover whether it's a vehicle, or tree point is behind cover and try to get a kill shot through the head of the perp through the door. As you discovered the hard way the side windows are bulletproof from the inside and outside of the store. Another suggestion for this would be to speed up time during the part where you switch to a SWAT character to late evening or whatever to simulate a long standoff. Shooting the perp in the arm - In real life if a law enforcement officer shoots at you, their intent is to kill you. Cops will never "aim for the leg", or go for non lethal shots with their firearms. It's all or nothing in a sense. Good patrol though man love the hellcat

For all the keyboard cops, your observations were enough PC for the stop. In most if not all States there is what is called "implied consent" which basically means if you have a license you are required to submit to whatever testing is asked of you for the purpose of determining your ability to operate a vehicle. Just the observations you made were enough to use the PBT at the least. As alcohol has no smell, the odor of intoxicants is just another articulation to the arrest report. As a FST is not available in the game, the subject all but falling over when he got out of the car would be enough for a failure as well.

With the whole breathalyser ordeal - in the UK and I wish America was the same - you don't need to smell alcohol to breathalyse them mainly cause it sometimes is difficult to smell so to bypass this stipulation it was written up that " if suspect person(s) fail to negotiate lanes properly or if witnessed that the person(s) fail to adequately support the steering or acceleration or braking of the vehicle - and if supported by any or all of this and at the time there is reasonable doubt and suspicion of intoxicants being a factor then a recognised method of intoxicants testing can be implemented on the provision of a driving offence being committed under the Road Traffic Act or violation of the National Highway Code 2012" once making sense of that basically it says that if they've committed a driving infraction that's deemed to be caused by drink or drugs then with justification of the suspects driving then they can be tested

You should write the arrest report every time you place someone in cuffs despite someone else taking him to the station. You are still considered the arresting officer so you do the paperwork. Other then that I love your videos and watch them every night when I get off of work
