I love that Randy legitimately started using Chucks own underhanded and sneaky tricks against him. Got someone to lie for him, successfully did lots of underhanded stuff. He pissed Chuck off so bad, he got him to incriminate himself by brandishing a firearm and attempting to murder Randy! Genius! The only thing this episode is missing is the song. It's perfectly clear that Randy was legitimately getting revenge for everything Chuck's done to him in the past and he wasn't going light on it either! I love it! Left Chuck with nothing whether he gets arrested or not! 🤣🤣

This was hilarious. And hey, at least Randy and his neighbor agree on one thing: they both hate Anita and her HOA crap 🤣 Two ideas for next neighbors episode: 1) Randy gets harassed while he's moving in, but never does anything back. Cops respond to Anita and Charles harrassing each other and Randy. They of course think Randy's in on it, so they detain everyone. But still, Randy hasn't done anything, so he starts questioning why he's detained. And after a whole ordeal, Randy eventually gets lawsuits against his neighbors and Anita's HOA for harassment, and against the cops for unlawful detention. 2) Randy moves to the fishing town off Colofia, thinking he'll be at peace there. But than Charles and Anita move in, Anita immediately starting her HOA crap. And with no police immediately at hand, either, th whole neighbors argument turns into a small war, eventually attracting Grapeseed PD, who soon realise it's too late to resolve this peacefully. And in the end maybe it turns out one of the neighbors actually owns the whole settlement.
