He's done some excellent work. I think it's helpful to put in context the fact that once that very first shot rang out, they could not possibly let Dealy Plaza fail, no matter what, they absolutely HAD TO ensure he was dead. I would not be surprised if, as a last resort, there was a rigged gun or two mounted in the seat designed to be triggered in the unlikely event the teams failed for some reason. Not wanting to dwell on this aspect but why did LBJ have the vehicle completely gutted and rebuilt starting with the windscreen? Think about it. If something went wrong with the "vehicle stage" (for example if it was raining or if Kennedy insisted on the "bubble top") then they would have called off Dealy Plaza and almost certainly would have got him in the Trade Mart or at the planned 'fund-raising' barbeque at LBJ's ranch the following day. No matter what, LBJ and his many cohorts were going for broke on this. When you think about it, the whole operation wasn't as smooth sailing as many think, there were many mistakes made (thank goodness for the sake of the truth seekers). Remember, once the first shot rang out they went for broke... there could be no way he could survive. The vast bulk of the world believes it was a conspiracy, so if you are one of the few nutters who still believes in the Warren Commission, you are increasingly alone in the face of a preponderance of evidence.

OMG! I have been thinking about this for a long time. The throat shot coming from inside the car sounds crazy but here is why I think it's possible. It is clearly an entrance wound. It would have to come from a level or upward angle. It seems small caliber @@jimmycricket5366 and silenced. The driver and the passenger in front never turn around. Connally turns to the outside (his right) to talk to JFK (seems odd). Firing through the windshield, from the front makes no sense. I'm not saying shots didn't come from behind or the grassy knoll. I totally agree with you that they couldn't fail.

Everybody is laughing and smiling, even Nellie, Connolly's wife, but not John Connolly himself, not at all. Allow me a little speculation here: The shouting and screaming fight between JFK and LBJ (over having Connolly vs Yarborough sitting with him in the limo) is legendary, and Jackie mentions it in her book. I suspect Connolly was told by LBJ not to worry about having to go in the limo with JFK because the deed would only take place later at the Trade Mart and not en route. I think at the time of the photo mentioned, Connolly had a sinking feeling that the agents had been called off the vehicle for a reason and there wasn't the usual press truck in front, etc, etc and that LBJ could have been wrong or had lied to him. Also, why did Connolly shout out, "THEY'RE gonna shoot us all!" during the shooting, as if he knew about the men (plural) being assigned to the job, Perhaps it was just the "where" that Connolly was not so sure about.

Connally his head to R after 1st shot, only turns fully round to look at JFK several seconds later, don't think he was talking to JFK. About a year ago, I sent Mr. Groden a letter with a photo included that I had a question about. My letter gave my address, e-mail address, and telephone number. Imagine my surprise when, about two months later and called me on the telephone! He graciously spoke with me for about twenty minutes and, at the end, said that I now have his telephone number on my caller ID and that, if I am ever in Dalls, to look him up and we will do lunch together! A very humble, down-to-earth man who puts himself forward for others in this quest for the truth!

As victims come into view from behind the sign and Kennedy is hit, within 1-2 frames Connally's lapel pops out, his hat flips up and his expression violently contorts between frames from the blow. One bullet. Connally was seated lower, inboard and turned sharply to his right. The view of the entry wound on Connally's back would have been completely blocked by Kennedy's body. The bullet has to have gone through him first. The bullet found on the stretcher was matched to Oswald's rifle. If the bullet was a planted fake, it was planted by somebody who could not possibly have known a bullet needed planting or that he wasn't simply planting one bullet too many into evidence and blowing the whole plot.

I am a Vet and have been in combat and I know what a gunshot sounds like. I just heard a total of 5 gunshots in this video NOT three. And on a couple of shots were less than one second between shots. NO WAY someone could operate that rifle that fast to make another shot. In addition to the 5 shots I heard, I also heard what was another 5=6 shots that were suppressed.

What you said is true! The first bullet was a dud that sounded like a firecracker. It caused JFK to say, "I'm hit!" This bullet went about an inch deep below his neck and fell out on a stretcher that was carrying him. The next bullet hit his head knocking matter on Governer Conelly that was in front of him. JFK sent the first 50k soldiers because he was influenced by the very military-industrial complex that Eisenhower warned about. After sending in the first troops, JFK threatened to pull out. McLain said in his C-Span interview that the tape was not of his motorcycle, but of a different type which that day was exclusively over at the Trade Mart where JFK was scheduled to speak. McLain also said the afternoon of Nov. 22 or 23 the Secret Service had a convocation of all the motorcycle cops and asked them what they saw and heard. Here's the thing which has always bothered me about Connally. It's reasonable to assume whoever chose the assassins wasn't picking guys off the street. If we concede that this operation had to succeed and Kennedy could not be allowed to leave Dallas alive then we must also concede they picked people who were highly proficient with weapons. Most likely professionals who had undertaken this kind of work before. It's reasonable to conclude whoever shot at Kennedy meant to hit Kennedy. But if we apply that logic isn't is also reasonable to conclude the bullet(s) which hit Connally were fired by people aiming to hit Connally? Certainly Connally believed he was a target by the comment "My God! They are going to kill us all!" Sure it's perfectly possible the gunmen were aiming solely at Kennedy and Connally was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. But I find it baffling that no one speculated that BOTH men were targets. The question I have is - could there be a reason Connally might have been in the crosshairs? The only reason I can think of is that in his role as Secretary of the Navy, Connally might indeed have knowledge of the real purpose of Oswald in Russia. We already know Oswald wrote to Connally in an attempt to reverse the downgrading of his discharge. Could Connally have been briefed on Oswald working as a false defector? If so he might present a very real danger to the plotters if he spilled his guts on Oswald's bogus communist sympathies. Whatever the case - Connally sure seemed to get the message and after the initial shock and trauma of his injuries (during which time he made some very curious statements) he kept his mouth firmly shut. Like I said - this is pure speculation. But can anyone else think of potential reasons why in addition to JFK the plotters might also want Connally out of the way? One thing which always fascinated me was Mae Brussell arguing that the bullet fragments which were never taken out of Connally meant he became a very dangerous man to cross as at any time they could be removed and we might suddenly discover there was more lead than could be accounted for.

I did my own infinitely tiny part to fight back against the government cover up. One of the most simple proofs that OSWALD did NOT shoot Kennedy is the photograph of him holding the rifle and the revolver in his waistband. Even if that photo is faked the photos shows both weapons. The RIFLE has a under the stock sling and under the barrel attachments. The rifle as displayed by the DPD shows the rifle with the SLING attached at the SIDES of the rifle stock. Additionally the revolver had a bent firing pin that misfired at the movie theater. It would have also misfired if he had been at the police officer Tippit murder scene.

I think Groden is very close to solving this case as to the motives for the assassination. In addition to ending the Vietnam War if he was re-elected, President Kennedy was also trying to "thaw" the Cold War with the Soviet Union using back channels to Nikita Khrushchev. I met Robert Groden and bought two cd''s from him. I met him at the 50th anniversary of the Kennedy Assasination. I met him on the Grassy Knoll where he had set up a small stand with photos of the assasination. He was selling his books and cd''s. I also toured the Texas School Book Depository which was also fascinating. Dealy Plaza looks much larger in the videos of the assasination. It is actually quite small. Yes the Zapruder film was heavily edited and frames were deleted. Every researcher has their own theories that they are convinced of. What I've tried to do over the years is to look at as many different ones as possible and decide which parts of each make the most sense. Nobody is 100% right, myself included, in a case as convoluted and deliberately obscured as this one. I place alot of faith in what the Parkland doctors had to say about the wounds. Also, I try to weigh the witness statements towards a preponderance of what the majority had to say about the shooting. Even though the Zapruder film was altered some of what it showed was so obvious that it couldn't be hidden, such as the overall movement of JFK's body and head to the back and left. If you look closely at the headshot I think you can see the moment of impact and the bloodspray out in all directions where the bullet hit. The witnesses and a handful of people who watched the original film in Zapruder's house before he turned the film over to Life all said that there was a massive spray of blood and bones in an upward and outward as well as backward direction. Much more than is seen in the current film. That is one reason some people feel that JFK may have been hit in the head by 2 shots almost simultaneously. But all of the larger fragments of his skull were blown out to the rear and left rear which would be consistent with an exit wound to the rear. I've shot enough high powered hunting rifles and seen deer and other animals hit that I feel comfortable with making that general assessment of the bullets hitting JFK. All the ER doctors said the throat wound looked like an entrance wound before the tracheotomy.

OK, I need to know for sure. Are the gunfire reports in this film part of the original film or are they inserted later? The reason I ask is that I heard 5 shots: one at 9:16, another at 9:18, and then at 9:20 two more shots in very close sequence (which would be an impossibility for reloading the bolt-action Marcano rifle), and then the 5 fifth shot after a pause at 9:25 that hit JFK in the head. In my young days I practised at the Cape Town Bar and defended a number of accused on indictments of murder, six of whom got the death sentence. A certain number were returned to their friends and relations. Having taken a keen interest in the murder, especially now with the 60th anniversary, there is no doubt in my mind that President Kennedy was murdered by the CIA. What I want to say concerning this tragic murder is that closure is needed. I can remember exactly what I was doing the day I learned of it as a boy of 13. To us in South Africa, he was also a highly respected Statesman. I can remember the level of esteem in which he was held, I might say, by most South Africans. US citizens now need to press Congress to pass legislation to posthumously indict those considered as being responsible for his murder and to have all these issues tried in open court, with all records being fully disclosed. A suggestion for another route in the investigation using cutting edge technology is to have an AI computer combine all the information including sketches, photos, recordings and film. Also, every single individual involved directly or indirectly. AI can combine all this in seconds, scour the internet for additional sources and quite possibly come out with more information, evidence or answers. AI can take all the recordings, pictures and film, clean them up, merge them and point out things the human eyes might miss. Also, add in all the information that has been released since then.

Best forensic book on JFK assassination, Mortal Error, by Menninger. This author (Menninger) approaches an investigation from a forensic perspective, rather than a political or social one. The "Who," and "Why," should be the FINAL questions answered, but instead the most common approach is to start with theories of Why and Who, which always biases any homicide investigation. Excellent analysis by any author I've read. This book, if one can still get it, will not disappoint or leave the reader with questions. ( explains reports from the "grassy knoll."

Roger Craig and Penn Jones did an interview with the Los Angeles Free Press. Roger Craig said that the Sheriff's Office told all his deputies to not participate in any way with security at Dealy Plaza. Roger Craig said that Sheriff Fritz DID send Harry Weatherford, an officer who did transfer of prisoners from out of state to Dallas, TO THE ROOF OF THE RECORDS/COURTHOUSE building with a RIFLE. Craig said Weatherford was an expert shot and he knew that because he knew Weatherford was a hunter. Mr. Groden doesn't state WHO may have shot from the roof of the records building and this would explain who was stationed on the roof WITH A RIFLE. Both Penn Jones and Roger Craig are now dead. Craig was killed, I believe, in 1975.

Although all of them have been altered, lost or destroyed, at least some of them still exist... Now on the DVD, Groden's version of the Z-Film is the closest to the original... Except for the painted-in areas that were added to the right side of the presidents head, plus the Limousine didn't slow down to almost a complete stop........
