That is devastating honestly, I respect the fact that she finally told him but it took her getting caught to finally admit to what she did and to find that out the way he did must have been devastating for him bro, I hope he moves on to someone way better and more attractive because Paul deserves it.

Communicating with an ex is never a good thing. It demonstrates a lack of commitment to the current relationship. It’s sad that this guy invested 3 years only to find out she’s been stringing him along while working on getting back with her ex for the last few to several months. She could have just told him she was moving back home and ended it.

“I wanted to get that ticket with Joel” that means she’s trying to see if after all the cheating she’s done on you if he wants to date her and if she doesn’t she’ll just keep dating you. She cheated on you either way you have to accept that. If she “decides” she doesn’t want to be with him it means A. Either he didn’t treat her like she thinks she’s entitled to be treated (even after cheating on someone else for him) or he ghosted her/doesnt want her. That’s the truth.
