I read “with love to Selena” book written by her husband , and he explained how he got to the hospital thinking she was going to survive , he was so devastated when he arrived to find out she was gone, he went home and gather all Selena’s clothes in a bag to keep her smell while he hugged the bag , it was his way to hold on to Selena. Reading that was so heartbreaking 💔 Selena has always been part of my life... I was born on March 1995 and my sister’s name is Celina.

What this woman did to this poor girl who loved her is unforgivable. They say that forgiving someone helps your soul heal. I don't know if that's true or not. I am not a Latina, don't speak or understand the language. I found Selena's cassette in a record store, was going to put it back when this Latina women told me I should buy it. Told me there were songs in English I would love. She said listen to the others that are not in English, because the soul is capable of hearing & understanding what the music alone tells you, she also said that music moves you in ways that nothing else can. It's capable of crossing racial lines & bringing people together. Best advice I ever got from a stranger. If you are out there somewhere, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. A few months later this beautiful child, was taken from us. God bless & R.I.P. I'm sure God is listening to your beautiful voice. 💔🐾🐾🐾🐾💫

I read some of his book and it makes me cry my eyes out. He truly loved her and she truly loved him. It was a match made in Heaven and it was taken away by a greedy and evil woman. I read somewhere that he remarried and had a daughter but the marriage didn't last because he still pined for Selena. Sometimes, you find the love of your life and when they're gone, you can never replace them ever. Just like Terri Irwin chose not to date or find anyone after Steve Irwin died. She said she lived the fairy tale and wasn't going to change anything. I know Selena's spirit is always nearby him and her family.

This scene will always remind me of when my little brother died in a car accident. He was only 19. My whole family was waiting to hear from the coroner if my brother was one of the passengers. When it was finally confirmed, my mother fell into my arms and sobbed. I couldn’t even cry myself because I had to lift her up and be there for her. No mother should feel that pain. My little brother visited me in my dreams a few nights after and said goodbye to me in his own way. This movie captured what it feels like perfectly. So sad. Life is crazy man. +Julie Delahooke She was in the process of crossing over. Think of this, she died in '95 and the United State's latino population was booming. America was definitely ready for a latina super star. She just was ready to release her english language album, with the best songwriters and producers. This was going to take america by storm. Then she was killed. This set back the latino Music invasion, with Ricky Martin and J-Lo, which happened in 1998. Selena was 3 years ahead of them. And we all know that J-Lo's career would be nothing without Selena, in which the movie came out in 1997. She blew up the next year with her debut album.

@YmustTh3w0rldG0r0und4 жыл бұрын
@@solraczetined5951 I'm sure there's an alternate reality where she's still alive and survived. Be it she got shot in a different spot and was able to come out of it, but the event drastically changed her as a person. Or she did get shot, suffered a huge amount of blood loss, survived, but unfortunately ended up brain dead from it, leaving that reality to be even sadder than the one we have. Or to have miraculously gone unscathed or maybe even just got grazed by the bullet. There's probably one where she went with her husband and he's the one that ended up dying, or they both did. Or both of them were able to keep each other safe. Probably the best would be one where she never even went to go meet Yolanda and lawyered up like she should have. Unfortunately, we're living in the reality where did went to go see her and she died.
