i had similar dreams/night terrors issues when i was younger. the best advice that worked for me was to start periodically questioning while AWAKE whether or not i was dreaming, and see if i could wake myself up by clenching my fists really really hard... it took a few weeks but eventually this new behavior followed with me into my dreams, and my dream self was able to ask 'hey, is this actually just a dream?' and wake myself up.

Its all about goose down pillows. Theres a reason people use them with all the fancy new pillows and last so much longer. I havent woke up with a sore neck since I got one 2 years ago. Used to always buy memory foam and stuff and those things messed me up.

Fellow side sleeper here and while this isn’t doctors orders it’s helped me. When I’m going to bed I make sure my head is tilted up slightly. I used to always tilt down, snore, grind my teeth, yadda yadda. No all that has been pretty much eliminated. Hope this helps
