I watched Breadman's video on the Big Game Bounties and one of the people in this lobby had a .58 KD. Most people think that SBMM works by putting people that have similar KD's in a lobby but the way it works is based on the average KD of the lobby so since the highest KD lobbies are around 3 that means that every time Breadman goes into a lobby the game has to add 4 people with a 1 to 2 KD or players with even lower KD to balance out the lobby. This is great for streamers who have high KD's but is not good for the community in general. No person with a .58 KD should be in a lobby with someone who has a 6 KD. People always complain about streamers getting bot lobbies but the game is designed to put these players in the same games as streamers and other high KD players. SBMM should be set up where instead of being based on average it should be based on putting people in lobbies with similar skill. I know there arent many players with a 6 KD but if those players always had to play in lobbies with people that have a 2 or 3 KD or higher they prolly wouldn't have a 6 KD to begin with. Things like this are why I talk about game devs catering to streamers instead of trying to make the game better for everyone cuz streamers help them make money while that guy with a .58 KD is prolly just a kid trying to have fun but instead he is getting mowed down by a professional player. That's like a nfl linebacker playing against a junior high player. I know that people talk about how every game for streamers isnt a 30 bomb and that it takes a lot of games for them to get gameplays, but if someone like Breadman had to play in lobbies where everyone had a high KD it might take a week to get a 30 bomb and anyone who makes money off COD duznt want that. Also I will never watch another Speros video or stream again because of his rant about how the optics are overpowered(this was right after the Cold War intergration) and that anyone who wants or needs to use a 4x optic is a scrub and should uninstall that game and don't deserve to playing the same game as the Great Speros. Tbh I am a disabled vet and my computer broke so I have to play on Xbox because I cant afford to get a new PC, but to be told I don't deserve to play the game because I can't afford a new PC and the best controllers and headset money can buy so I dont need to use a higher optic to make longer shots is super insulting. Tbh there are so many other streamers that act like this i have started calling it "streamer arrogance" where these people act like they are just so much better than other people because they are good at a video game. I like TEEP because he is honest and has talked before about how streamers have advantages that most players don't have, but a lot of streamers don't acknowledge that it helps them to have better equipment and to always be playing with other pros or streamers, but if a team if 4 streamers joins a lobby that means that the game prolly had to add about 10 lower level players just to average out that one team of streamers. Tbh i obviously love watching COD streams cuz it helps me learn new strategies and ways to play the game and JGOD is one of the most informative channels on YT i watch, but I feel like the rise of streaming has hurt most of the player base of games. Look what it has done to Madden, where as soon as there is a broken meta or play every person u play online is using that play. I used to be ranked in the top 1000 in NCAA and Madden until Madden 16 but in Madden 17 streaming had just took off and every game i was playing people running defenses where my guys wudnt even try to block people and facing broken plays on defense every game. Also steaming helped with the rise of MUT in EA games(which has carried over to the store making billions in COD). Like i said before I watch streams and videos but I wish that since these people are the ones that devs seem to listen to when they actually listen to anyone, that they would try to make the game better for everyone not just themselves and other streamers.

I don't think higher skill players should be put in harder lobbies, unless they add a ranked mode. I used to be a 1 KD player, but I practiced and play around a 3kd level. I think I should absolutely be in lobbies with .58 KD players, as well as 6kd players. It should be random, unless they add a ranked mode. Otherwise you're just punishing players for being better. I stopped playing with some people on my friends list because we get insane lobbies that just aren't any fun. With SBMM they should have some type of ranking. If I'm playing in 1.4 KD lobbies all night, but you're playing in 0.6 KD lobbies, then there should be something to measure that.
@jakethornton48563 жыл бұрын
@@BamaShanks That's because it is better for u that it works that way but not for the .58 KD player. thats the issue is people always want what is best for them and dont care about what is best for everyone. How is that .58 KD player ever supposed to win if he is always offset by putting some high KD player in the match with him. Stuff like this is the reason games lose their player base because they do things that don't make the game better for most of the people playing it.
@BamaShanks3 жыл бұрын
@@jakethornton4856 my buddy has a 0.65 KD and has 100s of wins. If they want to have SBMM then it should be a ranked mode. I think that, no matter how far you break down a gameplay, the people who actually whine about not equally good as the person in the gameplay are the people who don't have a fraction of the time the person in the gameplay has to play the game. In shorter terms, most people who want to be better simply don't have the time to be better. If you think about it, the reason I stopped watching any sort of "educational" gameplay video is because I've heard it all countless of times. James was telling us the same things he tells us now 10 months ago in Verdansk. You can only break down the gameplay of a pro so much, fundamentally its not nuclear physics, it's simple, but it requires time and patience to become as good as (for example) bbreadman on Warzone. And most people watching have neither of these requirements. it would be insane if our lives weren't so full of pressure and we could have more time to invest in videogames. You could see 16 year olds play like the best FaZe members play now. The competitive gaming community would have been extreme.

sometimes, especially at the beginning ur more focused on looting and sometimes the helis swoop in so quickly that u barely have time to react, sometimes the audio take long to register, also there were some demons in this lobby but Breadman is so good that he makes them look like bots

@@JGOD I guess, just pointing that out, that's not my full opinion, i watched everything (where most people who like to comment are "Trailer watchers" where they believe they get the whole context just by watching a clip) and it didn't seem all that sweaty to me. But I am also not denying his ability i watch breadman and believe he is a great player, I unlike a lot of people these days stay neutral and point things out that apparently are taboo now to question. I, in my opinion, the awareness was not there out of the players he went up against. to the other points of people are more focused on looting at the beginning to be honest is not a good argument, when you land and find weapons you should be aware of other around you especially a helicopter thats on your mini map, either trying to actively evade or even turn an shoot to try and have them back off, or if you are in the open actively try and find some cover to that doesn't allow the chopper down you. the heli strat is what it is, i get it thats a huge way to get the kills. but who am i right, some guy on the internet that shared his opinion so i guess yea i am just hung up on the first 10 kills.....

You use it as a distraction, they are looking at it which gives you a chance to get the 1st shot in before they realize you are out of it.

Question with the cost of UAVs you can run that perk that allows you to pull killstreaks from chests would that be useful? I'm just testing

Is there a reticle bug? On Xbox none of the reticles on any of the VG guns have unlock criteria. Just a picture of the locked reticle and that’s it.

The comments here are just proof of why people don't improve, saying things like 'I have a life outside this game' or 'bot lobbies' or just lashing out to protect your egos. The whole point of this video is to take some pointers on how you can improve, you don't have to apply everything and become a streamer tomorrow.

I do better in higher kd lobbys over low kd lobbys for the main fact I just get shot by campers in buildings hiding for no reason in low kd lobbys. Also better player's are easy to read on what they most likely will do. bad player's run and hide and thats how I lose letting them re set the fight and take an advantage hiding from me and get first shots in my back.

Same. I'll take a 1v2 against sweats any day of the week over a 1v2 against low kd players who will pop a UAV and just sit in one spot waiting for me to run across their scopes not knowing they're looking at me.

Started war zone when it came out on console had a 1.5KD, last year switched to PC thinking i would instantly be a 5KD player but that is not the case, it went to a 1.7KD. Yes PC is superior in a lot of ways and you will improve just from the switch but not as much as you think at all. Came to a realization that PC wasn't gonna be magic and that I needed to focus more on player movement/ map movement and a lot else to improve. No joke after watching a lot of pros and virtually copying there play styles even started playing in tournaments it has take a long time but now have almost a 4KD. Also watching every JGOD video helps lol!

you also need paddles on the back of your controller if you want to be able to drop shot and bunny hop consistently and not everyone can afford that. would love to see some stock controller play.

I hope you or someone can answer this for me but I bunny hop in every gunfight it's a habit now. But whenever I'm in a building or near a wall my character decides to mantle mid fight over whatever is next to me and I lose the fight everytime. How do I avoid that happening (no auto mantle setting to turn off). Tx
@JGOD3 жыл бұрын
It depends on the situation. It might be better to drop shot or reset the fight. Hard to say for a generic situation.

What’s more effective drop shot or bunny hop?
@JGOD3 жыл бұрын
Depends on situation, if you have momentum and space Bunny up is generally better and if you dont have those, drop shot is generally better, so it depends heavily on the specific situation.
