Satchel V-Buttom Paper Bag Making Machine

This paper bag making machine is use to manufacture flat, V-type or Satchel type paper bags. This paperbag making machine produces the paper bag in one process from roll paper, edge folding, tube forming, cutting, gluing, bottom folding, bottom gluing and finishing bag. The machine is easy to operate, have low power consumption, and have very high efficiency. It is an ideal paperbag making machine for producing food bags like bread bags, KFC bags, Jollibee bags and Mcdonald's bags (paper bag for foodchain business).
This paper bag making machine is precision engineered, rigid and heavy-duty to avoid vibration. This machine is easy to operate with easy adjustment so that even unskilled worker can operate it successfully. Changing of paper bag sizes can be done easily by changing the sizes of plates and sizes of gear. When buying this machine, one plate and one gear are already included to manufacture one size of paper bag. However, if buyer needs to produce different sizes, additional plates and gears with different sizes are available with extra cost.
Satchel paperbags can be converted to square bottom with the addition of separate process using creasing machine and manual folding. A two (2) color flexographic printer can be added to this machine for inline printing.
